BPC-157 injectable timing around physical therapy, does it matter?

I've been dealing with a nagging rotator cuff thing for a few months and started injectable BPC-157 about two weeks ago. 250 mcg once daily, subq near the shoulder area. Anecdotally I feel like the morning stiffness has gotten better but it could just be that I'm finally sleeping more consistently again.
My question is about timing around PT. I do rehab exercises three times a week, usually late afternoon. Does anyone space their BPC dose before or after rehab on purpose? I've been doing morning injections regardless of whether it's a PT day or not, but I wonder if there's any logic to dosing closer to when the tissue is actually being stressed.
The general research range seems to be 250 to 500 mcg once or twice daily based on what I've read here. I kept it on the lower end because I wanted to see how I reacted first. No side effects so far, just a little sting at the injection site sometimes.
Also curious if anyone has run BPC for a rotator cuff specifically and how long before you felt a real difference versus just gradual improvement. I know it's not a quick fix but I'm trying to figure out if four weeks is a reasonable checkpoint or if I should expect more like six to eight before judging it.

- fasted_scientist: Ngl I reckon sticking to your morning routine is probably smarter than trying to time it perfectly around your sessions. There is not much solid data on whether you need the compound peaking in your system right as you are doing your rehab exercises. For me, when I was using it for a dodgy ankle, I just kept it consistent every morning. It seemed to help more with the overall inflammation than anything else. I also wouldn't write it off at four weeks. I was quite chuffed when I saw some movemen
- sleep_coastal: Agree with keeping it consistent. Anecdotally I did the same thing with a knee thing last year, just pinned mornings and let PT happen whenever. Seemed like the steady daily exposure mattered more than trying to line it up with exercise. The inflammation piece is real for me too, felt like things just calmed down overall rather than any specific post-PT effect.
- tracker_jade: Yeah that matches what I'm seeing, the overall calming down rather than anything tied to a specific session. The morning stiffness improvement feels like that same general anti-inflammatory effect you mentioned with your knee. Did you stay at once daily the whole time or did you end up bumping it up? I'm two weeks in at 250 mcg and wondering if there's a point where you felt it plateau and needed more.
- tracker_jade: Yeah I figured consistency probably wins here. The ankle experience is a good data point though, anecdotally that lines up with what I'm seeing on the shoulder, more of a general inflammation dial-down than anything session-specific. Five weeks before real movement, got it. I'm only at two so I'll stop expecting much yet. Did you stay at the same dose the whole time or bump it at any point?
