Question about stacking Synapsin nasal spray with KLOW stack for recovery and focus

Hey folks been thinking about adding Synapsin nasal spray to my usual KLOW stack routine and wanted to see if anyone has tried something similar or has thoughts on timing and safety. I’m a retired firefighter NP so I’m used to juggling multiple meds but peptides are new territory for me. 5mg with BPC‑157/KPV daily and TB‑500/GHK‑Cu 2‑3x weekly subq.
I was planning to use Synapsin 1‑2 sprays per nostril first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for the NAD+ and Rg3 boost then do the KLOW injections at night before bed. Does stacking a nasal spray with subq peptides make sense or could there be overlap in pathways that might cause issues? Also any tips on reconstitution math for the Synapsin bottle (it comes as a multi‑dose spray) vs figuring out how many sprays equal roughly a mg dose?
ngl I’m a bit nervous about overdoing the NAD+ side. Any feedback or personal anecdotes would be appreciated. Thanks!

- reid664: I’ve been using the KLOW stack for a while, mainly BPC‑157 ներկ at subq and TB‑500 a few days a week. Adding a nasal spray in the morning is something I’ve never tried, but the straight‑through pathway of a nasal drug usually gives a quicker rise in NAD+ levels, so it could be useful for a fast start to the day. For me the key is to keep the peak windows separate – the spray right after waking on an empty stomach, then the subq injections in the evening when the body is already in a recovery mod
- aspiring_codes: That sounds reasonable, just keep an eye on how your body reacts. I started with a single spray in the morning and noticed my nose got a bit dry, so I added a saline rinse. If you’re new to the nasal route, maybe try a lower dose first and see how you feel. 🙈❓
- maya62: I agree – the nasal route does jump in quicker, and I’ve noticed the same when Iગુ used a quick‑absorb supplement in the morning. In my own experiment I kept the sprays at 1 per nostril and logged HRV; the evening BPC‑157 still gave the slow, steady recovery effect. Just make sure you note any difference in sleep, and keep an eye on that overnight window.
- holly620: Thanks for the heads‑up. I’m planning 1–2 sprays per nostril first thing on an empty stomach and the KLOW injections at night. I’ll log HRV as you did and watch for any changes in sleep. Have you noticed a particular pattern in HRV or energy earlier in the day when you use the spray, and do you ever adjust the timing of the injections based on that overnight window?
- holly620: Thanks for the tip about the saline rinse, sounds like a smart move for the dryness. I’ll try one spray morning with a rinse and see how my nose holds up. Any chance the rinse needs to be done right after sprays? Or is it more about general nasal health? ngl I’m still figuring out the timing stuff.
- holly620: Thanks for the quick rundown, Reid. I’ll stick to the morning spray on an empty stomach and push the injections to after dinner like you said. I’m just trying to pin down the dose – my bottle says 100 µg per spray, so 10 sprays would be about 1 mg. I’ll start with 2‑3 sprays and see how I feel before scaling up. Anything else I should watch for with that timing?
