Dihexa oral, anyone actually felt the memory claims?

Been reading up on Dihexa and the synaptogenesis angle is fascinating to me. The idea that it activates HGF/c-Met and drives new synaptic connections sounds almost too good. I keep wondering though, has anyone here actually felt a real difference in learning or memory consolidation from it? Not just "I felt a little sharper" but something you noticed enough to attribute to the compound and not placebo.
I tried 10mg oral for about three weeks. Honestly I'm not sure what I felt. Maybe slightly more verbal fluency? Could've been sleep or just paying more attention because I expected something. No headaches, no overstimulation, which was nice. But I also didn't have that "wow" moment some people describe.
The 10-million-times-more-potent-than-BDNF claim gets thrown around a lot. I understand it's about potency at synapses in the research context, not that you literally get 10 million times the effect. But I wonder if people are dosing based on that framing and going too high. The insomnia and anxiety side effects at higher doses make me think that's happening.
