Thinking about stacking BPC-157 with TB-500 for a shoulder thing, feedback?

Got a rotator cuff thing that wont fully go away, been dealing with it since like february. Physio helped some but it stalled out. Not gonna lie im getting impatient cause its messing with my training and my job involves lifting patients sometimes so its not just a gym vanity thing.
Im thinking BPC-157 at 250mcg twice a day subq and TB-500 at like 2.5mg twice a week. 4 week run then reassess. Does that seem reasonable or is that overkill for a first run? Ive never stacked two peptides before, only tried BPC solo for a wrist tweak last year and it seemed to help but couldve just been time.
Main questions, do people usually run them at the same injection time or space them out? And is 4 weeks enough to actually notice anything with TB-500 or do you need longer? The half-life stuff on TB-500 confuses me cause some people say it lingers a while.
Also wondering if i should just do BPC alone first before adding TB so i can tell whats doing what. That feels like the smarter move but also i dont wanna waste time if the combo is gonna work better. Thoughts?

- weekend_experiment: Honestly your instinct to do BPC solo first is probably the smarter move, I did the same thing when I had a stubborn elbow thing and it made it way easier to tell what was actually doing something? With BPC alone I felt like things loosened up around week 2-3 but could just be time and physio catching up, hard to say. 5mg twice a week and spaced injections from BPC just out of habit, not because there's any real reason they can't go together. Four weeks might be short for TB though, the lingeri
- noah239: The week 3-4 lag on TB is a fair point, for what it is worth I have seen that pattern mentioned enough times that it seems like a real thing and not just internet lore. A 6 week run would give you a better window to actually judge it, no? Doing BPC solo first also means if something disagrees with you, you are not guessing which compound caused it. That alone is worth the extra patience.
- peptidehead_katie: Agree on running BPC solo first, makes it cleaner to track. For what it is worth, when I tried BPC alone for a similar nagging thing I noticed changes around day 10-12 but I was logging HRV and sleep too and nothing shifted there, so it felt local only. The TB timeline point is valid though, na? If you are only doing 4 weeks you might barely catch the window where it kicks in. Maybe extend to 6 weeks before reassessing, especially for a rotator cuff that has been stuck since February.
- humblejade: Yeah the 6 week idea makes sense, a shoulder thats been stuck since february isnt gonna be a quick fix anyway. Did you keep the same BPC dose the whole time or did you taper toward the end? And the HRV not shifting is kinda reassuring actually, makes me think its actually doing something local and not just systemic noise.
- humblejade: Yeah the 6 week thing makes sense, i was kinda worried 4 weeks wouldnt be enough to really tell with the tb. Might just extend it and reassess at 6 instead. The solo first idea is annoying but probably smart lol. Did you run them separate before stacking or did you just go straight to both at once?
- humblejade: Yeah i keep going back and forth on solo vs stack. Part of me just wants to get this moving cause its been months. But you make a fair point about actually knowing whats working. Wait did you say 5mg twice a week for TB? I was thinking 2.5mg. Is that the more common dose or were you running higher cause the elbow was bad?
- sleep_coastal: 5mg and 5mg twice weekly for TB-500. 5mg route is what I'd lean toward for a first run, especially stacked with BPC-157 where you're already hitting recovery from two angles. You can always bump it up if you're not noticing anything by week 2 or 3. Starting lower also means if you get some weird side effect you're not wondering if it was the dose. 5mg range seemed to do the job on a stubborn elbow, but honestly it could've just been the BPC doing the heavy lifting. Hard to untangle when you sta
- humblejade: Wait so youre saying 5mg twice a week not 2.5? Thats double what i was thinking. Not gonna lie that seems like a lot for a first run but maybe im being too cautious. The untangling thing is a tho, maybe i should do BPC solo first for like 2 weeks then add the TB so i can actually tell whats doing what. Did you run them together from the start with your elbow or stagger them at all?
