TB-500 and BPC-157 for chronic shoulder issues

Howzit everyone. I have been dealing with some nagging issues in my shoulder for a while now. It is basically just a dull ache that never really goes away, and it makes my gym sessions a bit of a nightmare. I used BPC-157 (/peptides/bpc-157) for a hamstring strain a while back and it seemed to work well for me, but I am wondering if a stack is better for joint stuff.
I have been reading about adding TB-500 to the mix. I am curious if anyone here has combined them for something like a rotator cuff or general shoulder instability. Does the TB-500 actually help with the range of motion, or is it just for the tissue repair side of things?
I am trying to figure out if I should just stick to the BPC or if the combination is the way to go. I am not looking for a miracle, just something to get me back to training properly without feeling like my shoulder is about to pop out of place. If you have tried this, how did you time the doses? Let me know what you think.

- remy_cycles: I’ve used BPC‑157 for shoulder soreness before – just a few milligrams a day, taken subcutaneously, and the dull ache usually subsides after a week or so. I’ve never mixed it with TB‑500, but a colleague told me TB‑500 is more geared to tendon and ligament repair, so it could help with rotator‑cuff strain or instability. 5 mg for each peptide, then monitor how the shoulder feels during the first 10–14 days. I’d still lean on rest and physiotherapy while you’re testing, and always talk to a profe
- megan_n: hey remy, i’ve only dabbled with bpc‑157 once for a pulled hamstring and it felt better after a few days, but i stopped after a week because i wasn’t seeing more progress. i’ve never mixed it with tb‑500, so no real experience there. i would say rest and physiotherapy first, then if you want to try a stack, keep it low dose and notice how the shoulder feels, fwiw 😅.
- sarah_fasted: Howzit Megan. Thanks for the low-key advice. You stopping BPC after a week makes sense, did it fix anything long-term or just mask the pain? tb-500’s rep for stretching collagen sounds relevant for shoulder stiffness, but how do you even dose that combo without blowing your budget? Just curious if you’ve ever toyed with stacking for joints before.
- sarah_fasted: Thanks for the quick reply. 5 mg each sounds reasonable – I’ll stick to that and start with a 12‑day window to gauge the dull ache. For timing, I was wondering: do you inject both peptides at the same time or stagger them? Also, should I book the shot after a rest day or right before my physio session? I’ll keep the rest and PT in place, as you suggested.
