KLOW vs GLOW stack, is adding KPV worth the extra complexity?

Been running a basic Wolverine stack for about six weeks for some nagging tendon stuff and anecdotally it seems to be helping, though I can't say how much is just time doing its thing. Looking at stepping up to either GLOW or KLOW next cycle and I'm stuck on whether KPV actually adds enough to justify mixing four compounds instead of three.
The KLOW profile here lists KPV at 500mcg daily on top of the GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500.. GLOW just drops the KPV and keeps the other three. Mechanism-wise KPV is supposed to hit NF-kB for systemic inflammation, which sounds nice in theory, but I haven't found much solid human data on it. Anecdotally does anyone who's run both notice a real difference in recovery or inflammation when KPV is in the mix?
Also curious about thereconstitution math" here. If I'm combining all four into one vial vs keeping KPV separate, what are people doing? Seems like mixing daily and 2-3x/week compounds in the same vial gets messy fast. Do you just pin KPV separately even though it's in the "stack"?
Any input from someone who's actually run KLOW would be helpful. Not gonna lie, four compounds feels like a lot of moving parts for what might be a marginal gain over GLOW.

- kyle_reads: I ran something close to GLOW for about 8 weeks and then added KPV separately for a few weeks after, just to see if i could notice anything. Honestly i could not tell a difference in recovery or inflammation markers. Could be placebo either way, but my HRV and morning soreness tracking didn't move in a way that felt clear. Imo the NF-kB mechanism is interesting on paper but the human data is really thin. On the reconstitution question, i kept KPV in its own vial. Mixing a daily pin compound wit
- tracker_jade: Thanks for that, the HRV and soreness tracking not moving is kinda what I suspected. I've been going back and forth on whether the extra compound is just noise. Keeping KPV in its own vial makes sense too, I was worried about the math with mixed frequencies. Quick follow-up, when you ran KPV separately those few weeks, what dose were you using? The profile I saw lists 500mcg daily but I've seen people mention going lower.
- tracker_jade: I tried adding KPV to my Wolverine stack for four weeks and didn't notice any change in tendon soreness or recovery either. The separate vial hassle wasn't worth it for me. Have you looked at any blood markers like CRP?
