Peptide dosing protocol databases, are they actually useful for stack design?

Found this site called Peptide Dosing Protocols that lays out 40 research protocols with reconstitution math, titration schedules, and stacking guidance in a standardized format. It is an educational reference, not a vendor page, which is refreshing.
Anecdotally, I have mixed feelings about standardized protocol databases. The reconstitution math and half-life references are genuinely useful when you are trying to figure out timing for a stack. But the stacking guidance always makes me nervous because it tends to present combos as if they are well-established when a lot of it is just extrapolated from single-compound data. I have run BPC-157 and TB-500 together and the timing questions I had were not really answered by any database. I had to piece it together from what other people actually ran and reported back on.
Does anyone here actually rely on these protocol databases for stack design, or do you mostly build your own from individual compound research and anecdotal reports? Curious what people find most useful about them versus where they fall short.

When you ran BPC-157 and TB-500, did you end up splitting them into separate pins or doing them together in one syringe? That overlap window was the thing I could never get a straight answer on.
