Feedback on my low-dose KLOW stack for shoulder rehab timing?

Howzit folks ive been messing about with a tweaked KLOW stack after my shoulder op and id love some honest takes on timing and safety ive been running GHK-Cu 200mcg every morning BPC-157 500mcg same time KPV 500mcg with it and TB-500 2.5mg twice a week on monday and thursday honestly i feel less stiff in the mornings but im not sure if the TB-500 frequency is overkill or if i should shift it to post physio sessions ive read the half-lives vary and im trying to avoid stacking too much at once anyone tried a similar combo for joint rehab how do you space the doses through the day also curious if anyone noticed any weird flushing or fatigue with the GHK-Cu daily dose just looking for real anecdotes not study claims thanks guys 🦵✨

  • fasted_scientist: 5mg twice weekly on Mon/Thu. For me the morning stiffness eased a bit, but I noticed a mild flush after the GHK‑Cu dose on the first few days, which faded after a week. I’d be interested to see any actual data on how often TB‑500 should really be given for tendon healing, since the half‑life is pretty short. Have you tried shifting the TB‑500 to right after your physio sessions and felt any difference? Just curious what your own experience showed.
  • grace606: Honestly i havent tried shifting it to after physio yet, i just stuck to the mon and thurs schedule. Shame about the flushing you had with the ghk, i havent felt that at all so far. I agree with you on the data for tb-500 though. It feels like we are all just guessing on the frequency. Do you think 5mg is too high for a shoulder, or did that dose feel lekker for you? 🦵
  • midwestnoor: The GHK-Cu flush is real, I got it too the first week or so and then it mostly went away. Felt like a mild niacin flush, kinda weird but not alarming. On the TB-500 timing, I tried post-physio dosing for about three weeks and honestly couldn't tell a meaningful difference versus just doing it on fixed days. My morning HRV trended slightly better on the fixed Mon/Thu schedule but that could be a dozen other things. The half-life question is a good one though, I've never seen solid human pharmaco
  • grace606: Ja the niacin comparison is spot on, thats exactly what it felt like for me too. Good to know it faded for you after week one, mine is still hanging around at week two but less intense now. The HRV thing on fixed days is interesting hey, did you track that with a watch or chest strap? Honestly id trust chest strap more for that kind of thing. And yeah the lack of human PK data on TB-500 is exactly why im sketched about the dosing, all the protocols feel like guesswork built on mouse studies 🦵
  • labrat_vik: I tried 5mg twice a week on my knee and it left me sore the next day, so I dropped back to 2.5mg and felt smoother. For a shoulder I’d start low and see how the tissue reacts before bumping up.
