Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin before bed – does the combo actually improve sleep quality?

5mg plus ipamorelin 250mcg each night for about three weeks now, mostly because I read the half‑life combo gives a GH peak around 30‑60 minutes after injection and supposedly helps with recovery. Ngl, I feel a bit more rested in the mornings and my shoulder soreness from night shifts seems to ease up a bit faster, but I’m always suspicious that it could just be placebo or the fact I’m finally prioritising a consistent bedtime routine. I’m wondering if anyone here has tracked objective sleep markers – like wearable data or even just how many times you wake up – while on this stack versus a baseline.

Also curious whether splitting the dose (tesamorelin in the morning, ipamorelin at night) changes the pulse shape or just blunts the night‑time spike. Would love to hear real experiences, not just the marketing copy that talks about “synergistic 1+1=3” GH release. If you’ve tried it, what did you notice, and did you keep a log or just go by feel?

  • researcher751: I’ve been on tesamorelin 5mg and ipamorelin 250mcg right before bed for about a month now and i’ve been using my fitbit to track sleep stages just to see if anything shifts not gonna lie the numbers are pretty subtle i notice a slight increase in deep sleep minutes maybe ten to fifteen percent more on average but my wake ups after the first cycle haven’t changed much i still tend to stir once or twice around 3am which i think is more to do with my night shift schedule than the peptides i tried s
  • tracker_jade: I’ve noticed a similar bump in deep sleep on my tracker, but my wake‑ups stay about the same. Did the morning tesamorelin leave you feeling more groggy or did it actually help with daytime fatigue? Just curious if timing tweaks change anything beyond the night numbers.
  • fasted_scientist: Ngl I haven't tried splitting the tesamorelin to the morning yet, I've been doing the full combo right before bed. I don't feel groggy at all, actually I've felt a bit more alert during my shifts, but I can't say for sure if that's the peptides or just the improved sleep. It's interesting your deep sleep went up but wake ups stayed the same. I'll keep an eye on my tracker to see if my interruptions change.
  • fasted_scientist: Ngl, that 10 to 15 percent increase in deep sleep sounds decent, even if it's subtle. I reckon my own feeling of being rested might be similar to what you're seeing on the Fitbit. You mentioned the morning shot of tesamorelin left something out, did it make you feel a bit wired or restless during the day? I'm worried splitting it might mess with my ability to actually switch off at night.
