SLU-PP-332 5mg daily with fasted walks – any feedback on timing or sides?

I’ve been messing around with SLU-PP-332 lately, just a rough 5mg scoop first thing in the morning before a fasted walk. Ngl I’m doing this more out of curiosity than anything solid – the animal data looks interesting but there’s zero human dose info out there. I’ve noticed I sweat a bit more during the walk and feel a tad warmer afterwards, but that could just be the extra layers I’ve been wearing.
No crazy hunger changes or jitters so far, though I’m keeping an eye on my resting HR just in case. 5mg pre‑walk) might smooth things out, or if anyone’s tried taking it with food to see if it blunts the effect. Also, does anyone have a sense of how long it sticks around in plasma?
Half‑life’s not well characterised, so I’m basically guessing. Would love to hear any real‑world tweaks or cautions before I go further.

- formernico: I tried a similar routine with SLU-PP-332, 5mg first thing before a brisk fasted walk. For me the sweat bump and a slight rise in resting HR showed up after about 30 minutes, but it faded by the time I cooled down. I didn’t notice any jitters or appetite changes. When I shifted the dose to after a small protein snack the warming effect felt milder, though I can’t say if that’s the compound or just less cardio intensity. I’ve been logging my HRV each morning and haven’t seen a clear trend yet, s
- fasted_scientist: Ngl the HR thing is interesting because I have felt a bit of that warmth too. I cannot tell if it is the compound or just my metabolism revving up during the walk. If you found that a protein snack blunted the warming effect, I might try that next week to see if it helps. Did you find the protein snack actually made the walk feel harder or was it just more comfortable?
- luis295: The HRV logging is a smart move, fwiw I'd be curious what you see after a couple more weeks since one-off days don't tell you much. The protein snack blunting the warming effect kinda makes sense to me, food in your system changes thermogenesis on its own so teasing that apart is tricky. Are you tracking morning temp at all too, or just HRV?
- fasted_scientist: Cheers for the reply. Tbh I said resting HR, not HRV, but you've got a fair point that HRV would actually be more useful for picking up subtle shifts. Might switch to tracking that instead. I haven't tried the protein snack thing yet, that was just me wondering out loud about food blunting the effect. No morning temp logging either, just the HR watch. Reckon I should add temp to the mix? What have you seen with yours if you're doing it?
