BPC-157 oral + TB-500 for stubborn plantar fasciitis, dosing around PT?

I’ve been battling plantar fasciitis on my left foot for about four months now. Night splints, rolling, eccentric calf work – it’s improved but I still get that sharp sting first thing in the morning and after long runs. I’m thinking of trying an oral BPC-157 arginate (around 500mcg twice a day) layered with TB-500 (maybe 2mg twice weekly) to see if it helps the tissue remodel faster.

My question is timing: should I dose on the same days as my PT sessions, or better on off days to let the peptides work while I’m not loading the fascia? Has anyone noticed a difference in soreness or morning stiffness when they stacked these vs using just one?

  • fasted_scientist: Ngl I’ve tried oral BPC-157 alone for a similar heel sting and didn’t notice much change in morning pain after a few weeks. When I stacked it with TB-500 (2mg twice weekly) I felt a bit less stiffness on the first steps, but it’s hard to say if that’s real or just placebo because I also eased off my running mileage at the same time. I usually dose both on my rest days from PT so the tissues aren’t getting mechanically loaded while the peptides are circulating – seems logical but I haven’t seen a
  • grinder265: Ngl that makes sense about the mileage. I did cut back my weekly volume a bit too so it's hard to separate the two. I like your idea of dosing on rest days to avoid loading the tissue while it's circulating. I'm gonna try that approach with the TB-500. Did you notice any weirdness with your sleep or heart rate when you did the stack?
  • night_researcher: I’ve tried both ways – dosing the peptides on PT days left my foot feeling a bit more tender afterward, while taking them on my off‑days seemed to give a smoother first‑step feel in the morning. Just my own experience, though. 🤔
  • grinder265: Ngl that matches what I was kinda expecting, the tender-after-PT thing makes sense if the peptide is ramping up inflammation signaling right when you're loading the tissue. Did you split the BPC dose morning/night or just take it all at once on those off days? Curious if the timing within the day mattered too or if you just noticed the day-level difference.
