MK-677 split dosing – does splitting the 25mg reduce hunger or affect IGF-1?

I’ve been on MK-677 25mg once a night for about six weeks and the hunger spike hits me hard around mid‑morning, makes it tough to stick to my usual meal plan on night shifts. 5mg before bed would blunt that appetite surge while still keeping IGF-1 up. I tried it for ten days – morning dose gave me a mild hunger bump but nothing like the full dose, and night dose didn’t seem to mess with my sleep much.
Subjectively I felt a bit less bloated, but I didn’t take bloods so I can’t say if IGF-1 stayed steady. Ngl I’m curious if anyone else has tried this and noticed a difference in hunger levels or recovery, or if there’s any data on how split dosing changes the 24h GH curve.
