Test Prop + TB-500 + BPC-157 stack for shoulder rehab – timing and dose math?

I’ve been running a low‑dose test prop protocol (around 50 mg every other day) while trying to add TB‑500 and BPC‑157 for shoulder tendon work. Anecdotally I notice less soreness after lifting when I stack them, but I’m not sure if the timing is optimal. I usually inject test prop in the morning, TB‑500 subQ at night, and BPC‑157 oral split twice daily with meals.

Does anyone have feedback on whether spacing the injections farther apart (like test prop AM, TB‑500 PM) helps avoid any overlap in hormone spikes or peptide clearance? Also, what’s a safe cycle length for this combo before taking a break? I’m looking for general timing thoughts, not personal dosing advice. Thanks.

  • fasted_scientist: Ngl I reckon the idea of hormone spikes overlapping with peptide clearance is a bit of a stretch. Test prop is a steroid, not a peptide, so it is not going to interfere with how your body processes the BPC or TB. For me, the timing of the BPC felt pretty random, but I used the oral version about 30 minutes before training and then again at night. It seemed to help with the inflammation more that way. Regarding the cycle length, I do not have any data on how long that specific combo is safe for
  • tracker_jade: Anecdotally I’ve found taking BPC‑157 about 20 min before lifting cuts the post‑workout ache a bit more than splitting with meals. Never noticed any clash with my test prop shots, but I’m curious if anyone’s tried moving TB‑500 to morning instead of night.
  • skeptical_recovery: I agree that test prop likely doesn't interfere with peptide clearance. My own shoulder rehab felt better when I took BPC‑157 30 min pre‑workout and TB‑500 at night. Cycle length I keep to 8 weeks then break.
  • tracker_jade: Thanks for that. The pre-workout BPC-157 timing is interesting, I've been taking it with meals so maybe that's why I'm not getting the full effect. Anecdotally did you notice a difference pretty quickly after switching to the 30-min pre-workout window, or did it take a week or two to kick in? The 8-week cycle length gives me a solid anchor, appreciate it.
