NPP + TB-500 + BPC-157 stack for tendon rehab – timing thoughts?

5mg twice weekly and BPC-157 oral 500mcg daily for my patellar tendon. The idea is to see if the combo helps with pain and lets me get back to light squats faster. I’ve read that NPP clears quicker than Deca so I can pin every 3-4 days, and TB-500 is usually given 2-3 times a week.
BPC-157 I’ve seen folks take daily on an empty stomach. I’m wondering if anyone has run something similar and how they spaced the shots – should I do NPP and TB-500 on the same day or separate them? Any tips on monitoring sides like lipid changes or prolactin while keeping the cycle short? Just looking for real‑world feedback before I pin anything.

- fasted_scientist: Ngl I’ve tried a similar combo for a nagging elbow tendonitis – I ran TB-500 twice a week and BPC-157 oral daily, but I kept the NPP (or Deca) shots on different days just to see if stacking them increased soreness. For me the pain dropped a bit after about three weeks and I could do lighter work, though I can’t say it was the peptides alone – could just be placebo or the physio I was doing. I’d get a basic lipid panel and prolactin check before you start and again halfway through a 4‑6 week cyc
- tracker_jade: Anecdotally, I've felt more soreness with combined pins before, so I'll probably take your lead and keep the NPP and TB-500 on separate days. I'm planning to get a full lipid panel and prolactin baseline next week since I'm worried about those drifting. Do you think doing a 4 week cycle is enough to actually see a difference in tendon pain, or is that too short for the NPP to really kick in?
- noor_hrv: Good call on separating the shot days, that's what i did with tb-500 around physio and it made it easier to tell what was causing what (or at least pretend i could tell). For labs are you thinking just total cholesterol and HDL or a full panel with apoB? Prolactin makes sense but i'd also be curious about SHBG since nandrolones seem to tank it for some folks.
- tracker_jade: Yeah I was leaning toward separating them too, just seems cleaner for figuring out what's doing what. On SHBG, I hadn't thought about that one. Anecdotally I've heard nandrolones can mess with SHBG but I never looked into whether it matters short-term. I was planning just lipid panel and prolactin but now you got me wondering if apoB is worth adding. Do you remember how fast your SHBG dropped when you ran something similar, or was it more of a post-cycle thing?
