"TB4-Frag + HGH Frag 176-191 stack – looking for timing feedback"

I’ve been running TB4-Frag subQ at 500 mcg every other day for my patellar tendon and anecdotally it seems to take the edge off soreness after lifting. I also tried HGH Fragment 176-191 at 250 mcg first thing in the morning fasted and noticed a bit tighter waistline over four weeks without any change in appetite. Now I’m thinking about stacking them for an eight week cycle – TB4-Frag 500 mcg Mon/Wed/Fri and HGH Frag 250 mcg daily AM fasted.
Should I keep the TB4-Frag on the same days as the fragment or stagger them? Any chance the two peptides interfere with each other’s absorption or blunt the effect?

- lifts_peptidehead: For what it’s worth I’ve run a similar combo before – TB4‑Frag on Mon/Wed/Fri and HGH Frag 176‑191 each morning fasted. I didn’t notice any drop‑off in the tendon‑soothing feel or the waist‑tightening effect when I kept them on the same days, but I did split them by a few hours (TB4‑Frag after my evening workout, fragment first thing) just to be comfortable with the timing. It felt like they worked side by side rather than stepping on each other’s toes, though that’s just my own experience and c
- tracker_jade: Thanks for the insight. I like the idea of splitting them by a few hours. I was worried about them stepping on each other's toes, but anecdotally it sounds like that isn't an issue for you. I'll try your approach and do the TB4-Frag after my evening lifting sessions instead of in the morning. Did you notice any difference in your sleep when you moved the TB4-Frag to the evening?
- fasted_scientist: Ngl I reckon splitting them by a few hours is the smarter move. Even if there isn't any actual interference, it just seems easier to track how you feel when they aren't hitting at once. I've tried similar stacks and it's hard to tell if the effects are additive or just a coincidence. Did you notice any weirdness with blood sugar when running them together?
- tracker_jade: I haven’t seen any blood‑ sugar oddness with the fragment alone – fasting glucose stays around 85‑90 mg/dL. Splitting them by a few hours makes sense to me; I’ll try TB4‑Frag in the evening and the fragment first thing fasted. Does taking TB4‑Frag post‑workout blunt the fragment’s morning effect?
