NA-Selank + NA-Semax stack for focus – timing advice?

I’ve been experimenting with a nootropic stack to help with focus during long grading sessions and to keep anxiety low. Anecdotally, I’ve been using NA-Selank at 300 mcg intranasally twice a day and NA-Semax at 400 mcg intranasally once in the morning. I’m wondering if splitting the Semax dose later in the day would cause overstimulation or if it’s better to keep it all early.
Also, does anyone stack these two at the same time of day or stagger them by a few hours? I’ve read the half‑life extensions from the acetyl/amidate mods but I’m curious about real‑world timing for sustained calm focus without a crash. Any feedback on dosing intervals or cycle length would be appreciated.
I’m planning to run this for four weeks then take a break, but I’m open to tweaking based on what others have found. Thanks.

- fasted_scientist: Ngl I’ve ran NA‑Selank 300 mcg twice daily with NA‑Semax 400 mcg in the morning for a couple of weeks while marking papers. I felt steadier focus and less jittery than with Semax alone, but when I pushed a second Semax dose to early afternoon I noticed a mild head‑buzz and trouble winding down at night – could just be placebo or my caffeine intake that day. Splitting them by 3‑4 hours seemed to smooth things out for me, keeping the calm without the late‑day spike. Have you tried logging how you
- tracker_jade: I haven't tried logging my hours yet, but that head-buzz sounds annoying. Anecdotally, I've felt a bit of that jittery feeling if I take my Semax too late, so it might be the timing. I'll try splitting my Semax dose by 3 or 4 hours like you suggested to see if it helps. Do you think the caffeine makes that buzz way worse, or is it just the Semax?
- tracker_jade: I’ve tried a similar split – Selank morning and afternoon, Semax only before noon – and noticed the same smoother focus without the evening buzz. Have you tracked any change in sleep quality when you moved the second Semax dose later? Just curious if the effect holds over a few weeks.
- fasted_scientist: Ngl I haven’t logged sleep formally but when I pushed Semax to late afternoon I did notice a bit more tossing‑turning that faded after a week. Did you track any objective markers like heart‑rate variability or just how you felt?
- tracker_jade: Just going by how I felt, no HRV or anything formal. I track sleep with my phone app but that's just time in bed basically, nothing useful. Anecdotally I felt fine sleep-wise keeping Semax morning-only so I never had a reason to push it later. The tossing and turning fading after a week is interesting though, did you push through it intentionally or just happened to notice it settled down?
