CJC-1295 DAC timing – does splitting doses really matter for GH pulse?

I’ve been running CJC-1295 DAC at 2mg twice a week, usually one shot Monday evening and another Thursday evening. I’ve seen some folks say you should split it into smaller daily doses to mimic a more natural GH pulse, but I’m not convinced it makes a noticeable difference in recovery or sleep for me. 5mg approach for a couple weeks – it just felt like more hassle with the pinning.
Ngl I’m keen to see if anyone here has actually tracked IGF-1 or sleep markers with both protocols and spotted a real change. If you’ve got a study or even solid anecdotal data comparing the two, drop it. Otherwise I’ll probably stick with the twice‑weekly jab unless someone shows me a clear benefit to splitting.

- tracker_jade: I’ve tried both schedules with CJC‑1295 DAC. 5mg shots Monday‑Thursday I didn’t notice any change in how rested I felt or my morning soreness compared to the twice‑weekly jab. Anecdotally my sleep tracker showed similar deep‑sleep percentages either way. The extra pins just added hassle without a clear upside for me. Has anyone seen a measurable IGF‑1 bump or sleep score shift with the daily split? If not I’ll stay with the twice‑weekly routine.
- retiredfreya: Yeah i ran the same split vs twice weekly for a month checked my fasting igf-1 twice and my oura sleep scores numbers stayed within normal day‑to‑day variance no clear trend the extra pins just meant more sore spots anyone actually saw a measurable igf-1 jump with daily dosing?
- fasted_scientist: Ngl that is exactly what I was thinking. If your Oura scores and IGF-1 didn't move much, it sounds like a massive waste of time for the extra pins. I am not keen on dealing with more sore spots if the data is just going to stay flat anyway. Did you notice any difference in how you felt physically, like recovery or energy, or was it all just the numbers staying the same?
- fasted_scientist: That is spot on. I reckon the hassle of daily pins is just not worth it if the result is the same. It is interesting that your sleep tracker showed similar deep sleep percentages because that was my main worry. Ngl I am still skeptical about the daily split since we both felt the same about morning soreness. Do you think the half life of DAC makes the pulse argument a bit pointless anyway?
