CagriSema vs AOD-9604 for weight loss

I've been experimenting with different weight loss compounds and imo, CagriSema and AOD-9604 are two of the most interesting ones. I've tried both and for me, CagriSema seems to work better for appetite suppression, but I've noticed some nausea and vomiting, especially in the first few weeks. AOD-9604 on the other hand, seems to have a more subtle effect on appetite, but it's been consistent and I've had less side effects.
I'm wondering if anyone else has compared these two compounds and what their experience has been like. I've been tracking my weight, appetite, and bloodwork, and imo, CagriSema gives me a bit more weight loss, but AOD-9604 is more convenient to use and has fewer sides. Just my own experience, could just be placebo, but I thought I'd share and see if anyone else has any insights.

- leah_s: I’ve been experimenting with both CagriSema and AOD-9604 over the past six months, mainly because I was curious about how they affect hunger and daily energy. For me, CagriSema cut my appetite noticeably – I found myself skipping snacks and feeling full sooner – but the first two weeks brought quite a bit of nausea and occasional vomiting, which made dosing tricky. AOD-9604 felt much gentler on my stomach; the appetite effect was softer and more steady, and I didn’t have any digestive upset. We
- jordan_v: Anecdotally, I found CagriSema gave stronger appetite drop but rough nausea for me too, while AOD-9604 felt smoother with steady energy. Have you noticed any difference in fatigue or mood between them?
- amber464: imo the fatigue was way different. on CagriSema i felt kinda drained, like i had no gas in the tank, probably because i wasnt eating nearly enough. with AOD-9604 i actually felt more alert and my energy stayed pretty level throughout the day. mood wise, i think the nausea from CagriSema just made me grumpy, whereas AOD felt a lot more neutral. glad to hear you had the same nausea issues, makes me feel less crazy.
- amber464: Yeah, that tracks with what I've seen too, the CagriSema appetite kill is real but that initial nausea hit me hard for about 10 days too. Had to cut my dose in half just to keep water down. Switched to AOD-9604 after week 3 and while the hunger curb wasn't as aggressive (still noticed I skipped afternoon snacks more often though), zero stomach issues made it way easier to stick with long-term. Ended up losing almost the same amount over 4 months actually, the steadier loss with AOD felt more sus
