Has anyone used VIP intranasal alongside their peptide stack for inflammation?

I keep seeing VIP come up in anti-inflammatory protocols and it looks interesting for the kind of low-grade inflammation I deal with post-workout recovery. The intranasal route sounds straightforward enough but I'm wondering how people space it relative to other peptides.
I've got a pretty minimal stack right now, mostly BPC-157 and TB-500 for a stubborn shoulder issue I've been working on. Nothing fancy. Anecdotally things have been improving but I'm curious if adding VIP would actually move the needle or just be layering on compounds for no real reason.
For those who've tried it, did you notice a meaningful difference in inflammation or recovery speed? And did it play nice with your other injections or did you need to separate timing?
I know the half-life is super short and dosing is usually multiple times a day. That part seems like a hassle but if the effect is there I'd deal with it. Just trying to figure out if it's worth building into what I'm already running before I go buying more compounds.

- jordan_codes: Interesting timing, i actually looked into VIP after reading some stuff on its role in mast cell stuff and gut inflammation. I never pulled the trigger tho, the multiple daily dosing was a turn off for me and the human data on recovery specifically felt thin compared to BPC/TB. For your shoulder, imo the BPC/TB combo is probably doing the heavy lifting already. Adding VIP for that specific use case seems like it might be more noise than signal. But if inflammation is the bigger picture concern
- tracker_jade: Yeah the multiple daily dosing is exactly what held me back too, especially with BPC/TB already on the schedule. You're probably right that for the shoulder specifically it's not gonna do much, my issue is more tendon than joint inflammation anyway. But anecdotally my whole body feels kinda puffy after heavier training weeks and I was hoping VIP might help with that broader picture. Did you ever look at MC-Val-Cit-PAF or anything similar before bailing on VIP, or did you just move on entirely?
- fasted_scientist: Yeah ngl the dosing schedule is what kills it for me too. 3x daily intranasal is a faff, especially when you can pin BPC once and forget about it. And spot on about the evidence, the mast cell stuff is interesting but the recovery claims feel like people stretching rodent data further than it deserves. If your shoulder is already responding, why mess with it.
- tracker_jade: Fair point on the rodent data, that's kinda where I'm sitting too. My shoulder is actually moving in the right direction so adding VIP right now might just muddy the picture if I can't tell what helped. How long did you run it before you called it?
