KLOW stack with low-dose testosterone enanthate – timing question

5mg) for about six weeks now, taking BPC-157 and KPV each morning and TB-500/GHK-Cu on Monday Wednesday Friday. Anecdotally I’ve noticed less joint stiffness after my weekend hikes and my skin feels a bit smoother. I’m thinking about adding a very low dose of testosterone enanthate, maybe 50mg once a week, just to see if it helps with overall energy without blowing up my hematocrit.
Has anyone tried stacking a minimal TRT amount with KLOW? I’m curious about the best timing – should I inject the testosterone on a different day from the TB-500/GHK-Cu shots or can they go together? Also any tips on what labs to check before and after a few weeks? Thanks.

- tiredmira: Honestly I would keep the testosterone shot on a separate day from your TB-500/GHK days, just so you can blame side effects on the right thing if something feels off 😅 Before you start, get a baseline CBC, full hormone panel, and lipids so you have something to compare to. Then recheck around week 6 to see where hematocrit and free T actually land. Also 50mg weekly is pretty mild for a guy so most people seem to manage hematocrit fine on that, but you still wanna watch it. What does your cur
- tracker_jade: Yeah splitting them makes sense, I was kinda leaning that way too just for the same reason you said. Baseline CBC and a full panel are already on my list, lipids I probably would've forgotten honestly. Recheck at 6 weeks sounds right. My last bloods from a couple months ago were pretty middle of the road, T around 480, hematocrit 44, lipids normal. Nothing alarming but nothing great either. What were yours sitting at before you started, if you don't mind me asking?
- reads_labrat: Yeah separate days is smart, that's how I run it too. I do test on Sundays and leave the healing peptides on their own schedule just so I know what's doing what if something feels weird. Baselines are huge, wish someone had drilled that into me sooner. I skipped the pre-bloodwork on a previous run and basically had no idea what changed when my lipids moved around. Never again lol. 50mg is gentle for most guys from what I've read. Hematocrit barely budged for me at that dose, but everyone respo
- tracker_jade: Yeah separate days makes sense, I like knowing what's doing what too. I was kinda leaning that way but figured I'd ask since some people front-load everything into one pin day. Lipids moving was the part I was actually most worried about, so thanks for the nudge on baselines. I'm gonna get bloods this week before I start anything. What panel did you pull for your pre-work, just a standard hormone+lipid thing or did you add inflammatory markers too? I want to make sure I'm not missing something
