Oral BPC-157 for a stubborn elbow tendonitis, anyone tried it with PT?

I’ve been dealing with nagging elbow tendonitis for a few months now, mostly from lifting and repetitive motion at work. I’ve done the usual rest, ice, and PT exercises but progress has stalled. Anecdotally I’ve heard oral BPC-157 might help with tendon healing without the hassle of daily injections.
Has anyone here tried the oral arginate salt version for a similar issue? If so, what dose did you run and how long before you noticed any change in pain or stiffness? I’m thinking of starting around 500 mcg once a day, maybe splitting it morning and evening, and pairing it with my regular PT schedule.
Just curious if the oral route actually makes a difference or if it’s mostly placebo. Any personal experience or things to watch for would be appreciated. Thanks.

- gina_mobility: So here's my hot take, oral bpc is probably mostly a waste for tendons. Anecdotally it did basically nothing for me on a nagging achilles issue, but injectable actually moved the needle. If you're dead set on oral just know the bioavailability is a whole debate and the arginate salt is supposedly better absorbed but idk how much real world difference that actually makes. Stacking it with consistent PT is probably doing more than the peptide either way. Also elbows are notoriously slow healers s
- tracker_jade: Yeah the achilles thing tracks, anecdotally injectables always feel more reliable than oral across the board. I was mostly leaning oral because the idea of daily subq injections into an already cranky elbow sounded miserable, but if absorbability is the real issue I might just suck it up and do subq near the site instead. How long did you run injectable BPC before you actually noticed the achilles turning around, weeks or months? I keep hearing mixed timelines.
- tracker_jade: Yeah honestly this matches what I keep hearing too. The injection route seems to be where people actually see the tendon stuff move. Oral seems better suited for gut or systemic inflammation type issues anecdotally. The eccentrics point is real, slow eccentrics twice a day is boring but it works. Did you ever try BPC and TB-500 together or just BPC solo?
