Thoughts on layering T3 into a GLOW stack, timing question

Hey hey. So I've been running a basic GLOW thing for skin and recovery, basically GHK-Cu daily with BPC, and TB-500 a couple times a week. Loving it so far, my skin looks proper lekker and an old niggle in my shoulder is finally behaving.
Now I'm thinking about adding T3 into the mix because my metabolism has been stuck for months and nothing I do with food or training seems to shift it. Got bloods done, Tsh is on the higher end of normal but not alarming, and my doc is open to discussing it.
My question is mostly about timing. T3 has a long half life, basically around 2.5 days from what I've read, so does it actually matter when I pin it relative to my peptide shots? And does the metabolic ramp from T3 mess with how the BPC and GHK-Cu do their thing, or is that a non issue?
Also curious if anyone here has run T3 alongside a GLOW or KLOW stack and noticed anything weird, good or bad. Not looking for medical advice, just want to hear how others have structured it. Will obviously run this past my doc before pulling the trigger.

- tracker_jade: One thing worth clarifying on the half-life since you mentioned it. The 2.5 days refers to T4, which is the storage hormone. T3 itself (liothyronine) has a much shorter effective life, like 8 to 12 hours, which is why people split doses through the day. So timing with your peptides probably isn't a huge concern on the pharmacokinetic side since they're not really competing for the same pathways. Anecdotally I've heard of people stacking them without issue but I haven't run it myself. What dose
- sarah_fasted: Ah shame, that's a proper correction, thanks for catching that. I definitely conflated T3 and T4 there. That actually makes the timing question even less of a concern then, which is lekker. On dose range, I haven't pinned anything down yet, that's what I'm going to chat to my doc about. My Tsh sits around 3.2, so it's not like I'm clinically hypothyroid. I've seen people mention 12.5 to 25 microgram ranges in various places but I know that means nothing without context. She's the one who needs
- nof1_frugal: Yeah the half-life clarification is super helpful, thank you for that. Honestly that part of it has been nagging at me and I kept seeing both numbers thrown around without anyone really explaining why. For dosing I'm still early in the convo with my doc, but I keep hearing starting low like 5 to 10 mcg split through the day is the usual research range people talk about. Way more interested in how it actually feels before even thinking about going higher.
- sarah_fasted: Honestly that's a fair starting point, 5 to 10 split through the day sounds sensible to me too. My biggest worry is the muscle loss side of things, did you find you had to bump protein or anything to keep it on while you were titrating up? And did you run it alongside your BPC/TB shots at the same time of day or space it out?
