Synapsin nasal spray, anyone actually using it long term?

Been curious about synapsin for a while, the combo of rg3, nad+ and methylcobalamin in one nasal spray looks pretty slick on paper. The nasal route thing makes sense to me since it bypasses the bbb and you're getting it right where it needs to go. I've been running it for about 6 weeks now, 2 sprays per nostril once in the morning.
First week i honestly wasn't sure if anything was happening, maybe a tiny bit of clarity mid-afternoon but could easily be placebo. Around week 3 i noticed my afternoon slump was just... Gone?
Like i could push through work without reaching for coffee or a nap. Focus feels steadier, not the jittery wired feeling i got from semax when i tried that one. The brain fog that usually hangs around after a bad night of sleep also feels like it lifts faster.
One annoying thing is the taste, kinda metallic and lingers for a bit π . No nosebleeds for me but the first few days my nose felt a bit dry. Curious if anyone else is using it longer term and what you've noticed, or if you've compared it to cerebrolysin or semax for daily use.

- caleb_climbs: Solid breakdown, appreciate the actual timeline you gave. To be fair the 3 week mark lining up with the slump lifting is interesting, and the no jitters thing compared to semax tracks with what a lot of folks say about the nasal route being gentler. I ran a similar stack for about 4 months a while back. The afternoon focus piece was real for me too, seemed smoother than caffeine and didn't trash my sleep if I timed the dose right. The metallic taste is annoying, I kinda got used to it but my pa
- elle_z: Haha the partner smelling it is so real, my boyfriend hasn't said anything but i keep wondering if i'm just walking around with a weird metallic cloud around me π . The no sleep trash part is actually a big deal for me too, semax kept me up if i took it too late so the timing window felt narrow. How long after you stopped did the focus effect fade out? That's the part i'm most curious about long term, like did it just slowly drift back or was it pretty immediate. Trying to figure out if cycling
- honest_macros68: Yeah that metallic taste is real, my husband complained about it too, drove me crazy for the first weeks but I kinda adapted to it now. About the long term use, I am also more cautious, I think cycling off and on makes more sense than going daily for months right? π
- elle_z: Yeah you kinda just get used to it after a while lol. The cycling question is actually something i've been thinking about too, i've heard mixed things tbh. How long were you running it before you took your first break?
