KLOW vs GLOW stack, what actually changed for me running them back to back

So for what it is worth i ran the GLOW stack first for about 8 weeks, then switched over to KLOW and added KPV, and the difference was honestly noticeable to me, not overnight but over the first few weeks the inflammation piece seemed to dial back more than GLOW alone. I was running GHK-Cu 200mcg, BPC 500mcg daily, and TB-500 2.5mg twice a week on GLOW, and on KLOW i kept the same three and added KPV 500mcg daily, subcutaneous. Recon was the usual bacteriostatic water math, 2ml vial on the TB-500 side and 1ml on the smaller peptides, nothing fancy.
The skin tightening from GHK-Cu was already kicking in on GLOW by week 3 or so, but adding KPV seemed to take the swelling down around an old knee surgery site i have. Could just be placebo, could be the NF-kB thing, i am not gonna pretend i know the mechanism from the inside. For anyone who has run both, did KPV actually do something for you or did it feel like an extra injection for not much, that is the part i am still on the fence about.

- rachel_ketogen: Honestly your experience lines up with mine for the most part. I ran KLOW for 10 weeks after GLOW and the gut/inflammation piece was where i noticed the biggest shift too, my HRV crept up about 8 points over the run which i did not expect from a peptide swap. The knee swelling thing i cant speak to since mine was more systemic, but if KPV is doing what early stuff suggests on inflammatory pathways it would track. My only real question is timing, did you split KPV away from the others or were yo
- patient_codes: I usually hit KPV and BPC together in the same morning pin, didn’t see any clash for me. My HRV also crept up a bit, but I’ve been wondering if spacing them might smooth things out even more. What’s your split look like?
- nomad_brandon: For what it is worth i was splitting everything into two pins, bpc and ghk-cu in the morning and then kpv in the evening because i figured spreading it out might keep levels steadier but honestly i never tried loading kpv and bpc into the same syringe like you do. Did you notice the hrv thing on a wearable or just kinda felt it, and was it pretty quick or did it take a few weeks to show up.
- nomad_brandon: For what it is worth i pinned everything together in the same syringe most mornings, KPV right alongside the BPC and GHK-Cu, and i never really experimented with spacing them out so i cant say if it would have mattered. The 8 point HRV bump you mentioned is interesting though, did you track that on a whoop or oura or something, and do you think it was the KPV specifically or just the stack as a whole shifting things for you.
