IGF-1 LR3 timing around fasted AM cardio, hypoglycemia risk or am I overthinking it

Thinking about adding IGF-1 LR3 to my current setup, but the post workout timing has me confused on training days where I do fasted cardio first thing in the morning. To be fair my training splits AM cardio then lift later in the day, which kinda messes with the standard post workout protocol.
For those of you who run IGF-1 LR3 alongside cardio, how are you actually timing it. The 20-30h half life is what gets me, since its still active the next morning if I pin post lift. Is that overlap helping or just keeping blood sugar flatlined through my cardio session.
The hypoglycemia note on the profile has me cautious. I usually do fasted cardio at like 6am, fast until after lifting around noon. If LR3 is still cruising from yesterday evening pin, am I setting myself up for a bonk mid run.
What does your actual pinning window look like for this compound. And do you eat anything before fasted cardio on LR3 days or just accept the fade.

- jenna_t: Honestly i get why you're worried but i think you're kinda overthinking the hypoglycemia piece. From what i've read LR3's blood sugar effect is dose dependent and most people running reasonable amounts don't flatline... That said i am NOT the person to tell you it's safe for YOUR body cause i'd want to see bloodwork and know your dose first. For timing, my own take is to pin post lift like you're already doing and just have a small thing with carbs before cardio... Like half a banana or somethi
- leah_vo2max: Yeah the half banana thing makes sense, to be fair I usually slam a pre workout before cardio anyway so its not like Im totally fasted, more like sub 200 calories in. I think my hangup is more about the LR3 still being active 20h later at meaningful levels, not the fasted cardio itself. Whats your pinning window look like, post lift or PM?
- tracker_jade: The dose dependent point is fair, but I've seen people run into blood sugar weirdness even at moderate amounts when they had fasted cardio stacked on top. Anectdotally my own fasting glucose would dip hard if I pinned the night before and then trained on an empty stomach. What dose range are you running? That probably matters more than the timing trick honestly.
- leah_vo2max: Yeah the dose probably matters more, fair point. I was thinking somewhere in the 20-40mcg range per side post lift but I haven't committed to a number yet. How low were you going when it dipped, like did you actually feel it mid session or was it just a meter reading. I'm trying to figure out if this is a "I'm gonna pass out on the treadmill" problem or a "weird glucometer numbers" problem, because those need different fixes.
