KLOW alongside a low Tbol run, does collagen support actually matter on cycle?

Running a short Tbol lean-gain cycle rn, 6 weeks, keeping it pretty conservative cause I wanted dry gains and minimal bloat, not trying to shut myself down harder than I have to. To be fair my last bloodwork came back ok-ish, lipids are always the thing I watch most on orals.

Stacked it with KLOW cause I figured heavy lifting plus an oral is a lot of stress on tendons and connective tissue, and I didnt wanna blow out a shoulder 3 weeks in. So right now Im doing GHK-Cu 200mcg a few times a week, KPV 500mcg daily, BPC-157 500mcg daily, and TB-500 2.5mg twice a week. Pinning subcutaneous, rotating sites cause the KPV can sting.

Question for anyone whos run peptides alongside an oral like Tbol, did the BPC/TB-500 actually seem to help with joint grumbling under load, or is that just wishful thinking. And is the KPV piece actually doing anything for the systemic inflammation side, or is that overkill on top of the other three. Bloods at week 6 either way, just curious if anyone felt a real difference.

  • retired_coldplunge: I can't speak to Tbol specifically since I've never run it, but I did use BPC/TB-500 for about 8 weeks while cutting and doing a lot of high-rep pressing. For me the joint grumbling settled within the first couple weeks, though whether that was the peptides or just me being more careful with warm-ups is hard to say (could easily be placebo, fwiw). The KPV piece I'm more skeptical about for "systemic" relief on its own. In my experience it felt more useful when something specific was flaring, li
  • reads_labrat: Yeah the KPV as a blanket anti-inflammatory always seemed like overkill to me too. I've used it when something specific was flaring up (had a cranky knee last spring) and it seemed to help that spot but I never noticed much when I just ran it preventively. Do you still take warm-ups super slow now or did you kinda go back to your normal routine after the 8 weeks?
  • tiredmira: Yeah the KPV thing tracks for me too. I tried it on its own for a couple weeks and honestly didn't notice much, then started using it when my gut was being weird and it actually seemed to calm things down. So kinda same page, more of a spot-fix for me than a daily thing ๐Ÿ˜…
