GLOW protocol + morning fasted cardio timing, am I wasting the TB-500 window?

Ok so ive been running a standard GLOW setup for about 6 weeks now, GHK-Cu 200mcg and BPC-157 500mcg daily, TB-500 2.5mg twice a week on mon and fri. Recovery has been noticeably better, ngl my achilles tendon stopped barking after like week 3 which kinda surprised me since that thing has been grumpy for months.

Heres my question tho. I do fasted cardio early, usually like 530am, 10-12 miles easy pace. Right now im pinning TB-500 right before i head out. My thinking was get it circulating while im moving blood around, but TB-500 has a longer half life than i think most people give it credit for, so am i actually optimizing anything by timing it pre run or am i just kinda doing it because it feels right.

For the daily GHK-Cu and BPC i keep it subq near the area i want healed, rotating sides. No issues there.

Would love to hear how you guys pin TB-500 relative to training. Am i overthinking this or is there a smarter window.

TB-500's half-life is long enough that the systemic level doesn't really swing much day to day with twice-weekly dosing, so whether you pin it 20 minutes before your run or at bedtime probably doesn't change much for what's actually circulating. I used to stress about the same thing with training timing and eventually just settled on pinning whenever I remember and it's consistent. The achilles responding by week 3 is pretty sweet though, for me
  • grinder265: Ya thats kinda where i landed too honestly. The half life is what made me start second guessing the whole pre run timing thing. If its sitting in there for days then pinning it at 6am vs 9pm probably doesnt move the needle much. The achilles thing surprised me too. I was expecting maybe 6-8 weeks before it stopped being a thing in the mornings, but week 3 was when i noticed the first few steps out of bed werent the usual limp. Could just be the GHK-Cu doing more of the work than i thought, hard
  • cycles_dad: Honestly I kinda agree, with twice a week you're not chasing some narrow peak window, just keep it consistent and don't miss a dose imo. The pre-run thing probably doesn't hurt but it's also probably not doing what you think it is. The week 3 achilles turnaround is the real flex there 🔬
  • grinder265: Yeah thats kinda where ive been landing too. The consistency argument makes more sense than me trying to game a 6 day half life with my 530am pin. Achilles tho, that thing was a beast for like 4 months, didnt expect it to just chill out that fast. Could be the TB doing the heavy lifting there or maybe the BPC finally caught up.
