Cutting KLOW back to a leaner GLOW variant, what are you actually dropping

Right so I've been on the full KLOW for about six weeks now and the results have been decent, skin is a bit clearer, my dodgy shoulder is calmer, and I'm sleeping better. But ngl the daily pinning is starting to grate and the cost adds up quick.
I'm thinking of trimming it down to basically a GLOW setup, so GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500, and dropping the KPV. The KPV was mainly in there for the inflammation angle but I can't honestly tell if it's doing more than the BPC and TB are already covering.
For anyone who's run both, is there a noticeable difference keeping KPV in or cutting it? The mechanism sounds tidy on paper (NF-kB inhibition and all that) but I'm sceptical I can actually feel that benefit on top of the other three.
Also debating whether to keep BPC daily or drop to 5 days a week. Two days off a week would make the routine way more sustainable long term.
What have you guys trimmed out and what actually survived the cull?

- rachel_ketogen: Honestly when i ran KPV alongside BPC and TB i couldnt really tell what the KPV was adding either. The mechanism stuff sounds great in theory but in practice the BPC already seemed to handle most of what i noticed day to day. Dropping it didnt feel like i lost anything obvious, though i cant rule out placebo on both sides 😅 I also went to 5 days a week on BPC and didnt see a difference in my shoulder or sleep scores. The two days off made the whole routine less of a chore so i stuck with it.
- fasted_scientist: Yeah that's kind of where my head is at too. If I can't feel it and I'm not tracking CRP or anything inflammatory, I'm basically guessing whether KPV is earning its slot. The BPC 5 days on thing is genuinely good to hear though. I was a bit worried about losing the steady state, especially with the shoulder, but if you didn't notice a difference then that's pretty reassuring. Did you keep TB-500 on the same schedule or is that one you ran less frequently anyway? I see people doing TB like twic
- patient_codes: I totally get that, rachel_ketogen, when I tried KPV with BPC and TB‑500 for a month I didn’t notice any extra shoulder relief or sleep boost beyond what the BPC/TB were already giving me. Dropping it felt neutral, though I wonder if anyone’s seen a difference in skin healing or gut comfort when they keep KPV in? 😊
- fasted_scientist: Yeah that lines up with what I was hoping tbh, if dropping KPV is mostly neutral then it's an easy cut for the cost and the extra pin. I've not really had gut issues to test it on so that side is a blank page for me, shoulder and skin were my main reasons for trying it in the first place. On the BPC frequency, are you running it daily or have you tried the 5 on 2 off approach yourself?
