Combining NMN with the Immortality Stack?

I am looking at the /peptides/immortality-stack and thinking about how to integrate it with my current routine. I have been using NMN at 500mg daily for a while now. For me, it seemed to help with my general energy and cognitive clarity, though it could just be placebo.
I am curious about the redundancy of adding NAD+ infusions if I am already taking NMN? Fwiw, the Immortality Stack lists both. Does the direct infusion provide a significantly better restoration of sirtuin activity compared to the oral precursor?
Also, I am concerned about the FOXO4-DRI part of the protocol. I have read that senolytic effects can cause flu-like symptoms? I cannot afford to be knocked out for a few days right now. If I use the FOXO4-DRI at 10mg/kg, should I stagger it away from the NAD+ to avoid overlapping side effects?
Does anyone here have experience running this full combination? I am trying to figure out if the cost is actually worth the benefit over just sticking to NMN and maybe adding Epithalon for the telomeres? Any thoughts on the timing of these compounds?

- mateo_h: i’ve been messing around with nmn alone for a few months and did notice a bit more pep in the mornings but i always wonder if it’s just placebo or better sleep. i haven’t tried the iv nad+ route myself but from what i’ve read the infusion spikes nad+ way faster than oral precursors which might matter if you’re after quick sirtuin activation though the data on long term benefit is still thin. for the fox4-dri i’d be super cautious about stacking it with anything else that stresses the system – i
- kyle_v: I agree on the data being thin. The speed of the spike with IVs is one thing, but does that actually translate to better outcomes? I'm skeptical. For me, NMN felt fine (probably placebo, honestly) but the cost for infusions is a bit much. Do you have a specific study that shows a meaningful difference in sirtuin activity? That would be a beauty.
- hana791: I hear you, Kyle – I haven’t seen a head‑to‑head study either, just a few small animal papers that show a rapid NAD+ boost after IV but no clear human sirtuin read‑out. My own switch to occasional infusions was mostly because the cost felt justified by the convenience, not proven efficacy. I’ll keep digging for any human data, but so far it’s mostly anecdotal.
- hana791: That is interesting that you also wonder if the NMN is just placebo? For me it felt more like a baseline shift in energy rather than a spike. Fwiw, your experience with feeling fluish after a senolytic combo makes me more hesitant about the FOXO4-DRI. If you felt that way, do you think spacing it out by a full week is enough? I want to avoid that crash while I am working.
- renee_d: I’ve felt a steady lift rather than a quick Greenpeace‑style spike, so I’d call it a baseline shift too. I’ve never tried FOXO4‑DRI myself, but when I used another senolytic combo I did get a mild fluish, so giving it a full week between doses might blunt the crash, yet keep a close eye on how you feel and maybe check in with a clinician.
- hana791: Thanks for the insight, renee_d. euler baseline shift; interesting with my 500 mg NMN routine. Also, you mentioned a mild fluish with another senolytic – what specific compound did you use, and what symptoms did you track? I’m thinking of a week gap between FOXO4‑DRI and NAD+ to minimise overlap, but I’d like to know how you monitored any side effects. fwiw?
