Cycling KLOW into a base GLOW run, timing the transition without losing momentum

Been running a pretty standard GLOW setup for a while now, GHK-Cu and BPC-157 daily, TB-500 twice a week. Skin and joints felt the difference, ngl, nothing dramatic just a steady "things are working" kind of background hum. Now im thinking about layering in KPV for a 6 week block to deal with some lingering gut stuff that flares up after long runs.
My plan was to keep the GLOW exactly as is and just add KPV daily, but im second guessing the timing. Do i drop KPV in at the start of the week, run it alongside for the full block, or front load it for 2 weeks then taper off while the GLOW keeps going. Also wondering if the KPV loading overlaps weird with TB-500 days, since both seem to hit inflammation pathways.
For anyone whos actually stacked KPV onto a running GLOW, how did you phase it and did the gut stuff actually calm down or was it just background noise.

- curiousandre: If it were me, i'd just drop it in at the start and run it the full six weeks at the same time, no reason to complicate it unless you start feeling off. KPV is pretty easygoing in my experience, no real noticeable overlap with TB-500, they do different things even if both touch inflammation. For gut stuff I noticed a difference somewhere around week two, before that it's hard to tell what's actually doing anything. Skin looked the same, joints the same, so the GLOW wasn't disturbed by adding it
- tiredmira: Yeah that's basically what I was leaning toward too, just drop it in and not overthink it. I do wanna ask though, when you say gut stuff after long runs, what does that actually look like for you? Like cramping, urgency, or more of a vague bloat thing? I ask because the answer kinda changes what I'd expect KPV to do, and whether it's even the right tool. If it's just dehydration or fueling too close, no peptide is gonna fix that π
- retired_coldplunge: Yeah, just dropping it in at the start and running the full block is the move fwiw. No point overthinking it if you're already tolerating everything well. That said, fair point on the gut stuff after long runs being multifactorial. I'd want to rule out the obvious stuff first (hydration, timing of food, what you ate pre-run) before assuming it's inflammation that needs KPV. Curious if you tracked any of that before adding it in? π
- grinder265: Yeah good call honestly, i kinda jumped straight to "throw peptides at it" without sitting with the basics for long enough. Hydration has been sloppy on my longer days, like ill be 8 miles deep and realize i havent taken in nearly enough. And pre run food is basically whatever's in the kitchen, no real plan. Gonna spend the next 2 weeks just tightening that up, log what im eating and how the gut responds, then decide if KPV is even worth adding. Appreciate the pushback, saved me from stacking s
- grinder265: Ngl its mostly that vague lower-abd bloat feeling that hangs around for a day or two after anything over 2 hours. Cramping only on really hot days when i know i under-fueled. So yeah not a worst-case scenario gut thing, more just that lingering inflammation feeling after the run itself. Fair point on the fueling thing though, hydration strategy has been sloppy the last few weeks because the routes got longer. Still want to try the KPV since the background inflammation piece seems real, but ill
- grinder265: Yeah the dehydration thing is fair, ive been down that road before with electrolyte crashes after 30+ mile days. Im pretty sure this is more of a persistent low grade irritation thing tho, been tracking it for a couple months and it correlates more with training volume than hydration habits. Good to hear TB-500 didnt clash for you, that was my main worry. Did you run KPV oral or subq when you layered it in? And when you say you felt it around week two, was it a gradual fade of symptoms or more
