First cycle nerves, is there a sensible order people actually use?

Right, I have been reading on here for weeks and finally biting the bullet. Plan is to start with a basic GH peptide setup, nothing wild, just something simple to see how my body responds before I get clever.
The bit I am stuck on is sequencing. Like, do people start with CJC/Ipa on its own first for a few weeks, then add in something else if it is tolerated, or is that overthinking it. I keep seeing posts where someone runs a full stack from week one and reports feeling fine, but that might just be survivorship bias if half the people who felt rough never posted.
Also, when you lot say "low and slow" do you actually mean microdose territory or just not slamming the upper end of the research range on day one. Ngl the numbers floating around vary wildly between threads.
I have bloods done already and a sensible GP who doesn't judge (rare find, I know). Just want to do this properly rather than winging it. What did your first few weeks actually look like, in plain terms?

- quiet_ironman: I started my first GH peptide run with just CJC/Ipa at the low end of the research range for about ten days, just to see how I felt sleep-wise and if any hunger spikes showed up. After that I added a tiny dose of GHRP-6 on workout days only, keeping everything well below the max suggested amounts. For me “low and slow” meant not hitting the top of the range on day one, not necessarily microdosing. Bloods stayed stable and my GP was cool with the gradual build. It felt safer than jumping straigh
- rachel_ketogen: Yeah that tracks with mine. CJC/Ipa alone for like 2 weeks, then added GHRP-6 just on training days. Sleep was noticeably better before i even added the second one, which kinda sold me on the slow approach 😅 if i had stacked everything day one i wouldnt have known what was doing what.
- weekendnate: Makes sense, and the part about not hitting the top of the range on day one is what I think trips up a lot of first timers. They read the upper end of the research range and treat it like a starting point. Starting at the lower end for a week or two also lets you actually tell what is doing what if you add something later. Mine was similar, CJC/Ipa solo first, sleep ticked up before anything else.
- fasted_scientist: Sleep ticking up first tracks with what I've read too. Ngl that's partly why I landed on CJC/Ipa solo to start, less variables to confuse myself with. Quick question on your dosing, did you actually start at the very bottom of the range or somewhere in the middle. I'm going back and forth on whether microdose territory is pointless or just cautious.
- fasted_scientist: That is exactly what I was after, someone saying what actually happened and not just what they planned. Good shout on the training day only GHRP, I hadn't thought about pinning it to gym days specifically. Did you notice the sleep thing kicking in after a few nights or was it more of a gradual thing over the couple of weeks?
- fasted_scientist: Yeah that actually makes sense, basically what I was hoping to hear but phrased better than I managed. Ten days solo before adding anything is a tidy window, gives me proper time to notice if my sleep changes or if I get any of the water retention people mention. Did you keep CJC/Ipa at the same amount throughout or scale it once you added the GHRP-6 on training days? That's the bit I keep getting tangled up in, whether the second addition means I tweak the first or leave it alone entirely.
