Injection site lumps with TB-500, anyone else?

Hi everyone. I wanted to share something I noticed on the TB-500 side and see if anyone here has had the same thing, no? I am on a Wolverine stack for an old shoulder injury, BPC-157 daily and TB-500 twice a week like the protocol says. The BPC injections are fine, small and easy. The TB-500 ones are a different story for me though. After almost every shot I get a raised lump at the site, kind of warm, and it sticks around for two or three days before it slowly goes down. It is not painful exactly, more like a dull pressure. I rotate spots, belly, thigh, love handle area, and it happens everywhere I try. My guess is just the volume or maybe the way TB-500 sits under the skin, since the half life is only around six hours it should not really be building up, right? I have been making sure to reconstitute carefully and going slow with the pin. Has anyone else dealt with this? Anything that actually helped, like warmer solution, splitting the dose, massaging after? Just trying to figure out what is normal and what I should actually worry about. I am planning to ask my doctor at the next bloodwork anyway, but curious what the room has seen.

Small gauge pins made it worse for me too, weirdly thought thinner would be better. Warming the vial in my palm before drawing is something I do now too, makes a real diff in how it flows. Did you try bac water vs saline for recon, curious if thats part of it for me 😅

Yeah I get this with TB too, mostly when I try to use smaller gauge pins actually. When I went up to a slightly bigger needle still small the lump was way less pronounced, my theory is the peptide solution is kinda thick and the smaller pin makes it sit in one pocket under the skin instead of spreading out. Warming the vial in my hand for a few min before drawing also seemed to help it flow easier, and I press the spot for like 30 sec after pulling the needle out. Still get a little bump sometimes but it goes away in a day now instead of three. Two or three days sounds annoying though, definitely mention it at bloodwork like you said.

Interesting about the small gauge, I was using 29g and thought I was being careful. Maybe thicker is the way to go then, makes sense if the molecule is bigger. Warming the vial is a good tip, I will try that next time for sure. I have only used bac water so far, never tried saline honestly. People say saline can sting more but the lumps might be from the solution being too cold going in? Hard to tell, more or less guessing here.

Oh interesting, the needle gauge thing had not occurred to me honestly. I have been using the same small insulin pins for everything to keep it simple, but TB is definitely thicker than BPC when I draw it up, so that makes sense. I will try warming the vial next time, that is easy enough. The pressure after is a good tip too, I never bother with that and just wipe and move on. One question though, when you say slightly bigger needle, how much bigger are we talking? I do not want to switch to something that is going to leave more bruising or be more painful in the belly area, no?
