FOXO4-DRI dosing math for a weekend warrior, cycling it with KLOW

Thinking about adding FOXO4-DRI to the tail end of a KLOW block and i wanna gut check the dosing math before i pull the trigger. My plan was 5mg/kg 3x per week for 3 weeks, but the half life of 12 to 24h has me wondering if im actually underdoing it or if thats just what people run.
If i stick with 5mg/kg thats 400mg per pin for me. Reconstituting in 2ml bacteriostatic water gives 100mg per ml so its 4ml per injection which is rough. Splitting into two pins per dose makes more sense logistically but i dont know if thats just adding site irritation for nothing.
Also curious how people sequence it. Do you run KLOW solo first for a few weeks, layer FOXO4-DRI on top mid block, or finish KLOW then run DRI solo. The senolytic hit is supposed to cause a transient inflammatory response and i dont want that wrecking my training week.
Ngl the half life being that long makes me think the 3x per week schedule is more for convenience than anything else. Anyone with actual experience running FOXO4-DRI wanna weigh in on the cadence and what the flu like window actually feels like timing wise.

- weekendnate: Splitting the dose across two pins is probably the smarter move regardless of pharmacokinetics, 4ml subcutaneous in one spot is going to sting and you will get more site irritation than you would from two 2ml shots on either side of the belly. On cadence, 3x per week is pretty common in the papers I have seen for senolytics with that half life. I would not stress over the math here, the bigger question is sequencing with KLOW. If you front load KLOW solo for a couple weeks you get a cleaner rea
- grinder265: That makes sense on the two pins, was mostly wondering if splitting it changed the efficacy window at all but if the half life is that forgiving then yeah just distribute it. The sequencing logic tracks, run KLOW solo for 2 weeks first then stack on top for the DRI weeks. Gives me a baseline to compare against. One thing though, when you layer it do you drop KLOW entirely during the senolytic hit or keep both rolling?
- patient_codes: Yeah splitting into two 2ml shots makes sense, I tried that with another peptide and the irritation dropped a lot. As for sequencing, I ran KLOW alone for two weeks first then added FOXO4-DRI, felt clearer on what each did. 🧠
- grinder265: The irritation thing tracks, thanks for confirming. Two weeks of KLOW solo then layering in FOXO4-DRI, thats the move ill try. When the senolytic hit came did you notice it affecting your running or was it more of a general wellness thing. I run long on weekends so timing that hit around my scheduled recovery days matters to me.
