KLOW timing around a hard training block, daily vs split pin schedule

Been running a version of the KLOW stack for about 6 weeks now going into a heavy 50k prep block. GHK-Cu 200mcg, KPV 500mcg, BPC-157 500mcg, TB-500 2.5mg. Right now I pin BPC and KPV every day, and TB-500 plus GHK-Cu twice a week split apart.
What I actually notice is the injection site fatigue adds up when you're pinning that much on top of big mileage days. Legs are sore enough from running, then adding daily subq in the quads or around the abs gets old fast. Some days I do AM fasted, some days right before bed, depends on the session.
For people running this around real volume, are you actually alternating sites daily or sticking to one zone? Also curious if anyone splits the BPC into twice a day rather than a single daily pin, since the half life on it seems pretty short. Ngl the recovery from long runs feels noticeably smoother but I cant tell if its the stack or just finally getting a consistent sleep window again.

- weekendnate: Site rotation has been the thing that keeps it sustainable for me too. I cycle between lower belly, love handles, and either quad depending on how beat up my legs are from the day before. Quads on heavy mileage days just makes everything feel more inflamed, so I save those for rest days or really easy runs. On splitting BPC, I tried morning and pre-bed for a few weeks and honestly couldn't tell a difference from once daily. Could just be noise though since I wasn't tracking anything specific. W
- grinder265: Yeah the quad thing is real, on big days the legs are already pissed off so pinning into em just makes everything feel angrier. Ive been leaning hard on lower belly and love handles for daily BPC/KPV and saving quads for the TB500/GHK days only. Splitting BPC into am/pm i did for like 10 days, same as you, couldnt really tell if it did anything extra. Went back to once daily just for sanity. The spacing away from hard sessions part is interesting tho, how far out are you pushing it? Like 2-3 h
- rachel_ketogen: Splitting BPC felt like a coin flip for me too until I started logging injection time against next-day HRV and any DOMS. AM only beat split dosing by a couple points average, well within my normal noise. The one thing that actually tracked was keeping it 4+ hours away from hard sessions, same thing you landed on. Probably more about cortisol overlap than the BPC itself honestly 😅
- grinder265: Yeah that lines up with what I've been seeing, the timing window around hard sessions seems to matter more than splitting or not. I think I'm gonna stick with single daily and just keep it away from the long run days, see if the HRV trend holds. Curious tho, when you logged it did you pin before bed on double run days or shift to AM the next day?
