BPC-157 timing around physio sessions, what actually worked for you?

Got a proper grumbling supraspinatus tendinopathy that's been hanging around for months, finally got it imaged and it's a partial tear with some thickening. My physio has me on a loading programme twice a week and I'm keen to layer BPC-157 in alongside it.
I'm planning to run 250mcg twice a day subq for 8 weeks, but the bit I keep going back and forth on is timing around the actual rehab sessions. Some people say dose 30 mins before physio so the healing cascade is cranked up when you load the tissue. Others say dose straight after so you're catching the inflammatory window.
Fwiw I'm also curious if anyone has stacked it with anything else for tendon work, I keep seeing TB-500 mentioned alongside it but I don't fully get what TB-500 adds that BPC doesn't already cover for tendons specifically.
Anyone with a stubborn tendon issue had a protocol that actually moved the needle? Not looking for miracle stuff, just what timing and combination seemed to help, even a bit.

- practical_reads: I'd flip the question honestly. Timing the dose to the session probably matters less than just being consistent with it daily, imo the loading work is what actually does the heavy lifting for a partial tear. Your body doesn't really care about a 30 min window once you're dosing regularly. I ran bpc solo for a grumbling achilles issue a while back, no tb500, and the tendon still took its sweet time to settle. What seemed to matter more was sleep and not overdoing volume between physio days. If y
- researcher_devin: Honestly that lines up with what my physio keeps saying too, she's less interested in timing and more interested in me not being a diva about the loading. I'll probably just stick with morning and evening and stop overthinking the 30 min window, the consistency angle makes sense fwiw. On TB-500, that's helpful because i kept reading it like a direct tendon healer but if it's more of a systemic mobility thing then it doesn't really fit my goals, so I'll probably leave it out and keep it simple.
- fasted_scientist: Yeah, mostly agree with you. Ngl the 30 min window thing always struck me as a bit ritualistic, you'd need pretty specific tissue PK data to claim it matters and i haven't seen it. For me consistency twice a day + actually doing the loading programme did way more than any timing tweak. Did you ever get your achilles imaged to confirm what was going on, or was it just clinical?
- researcher_devin: "wait who said achilles lol, mine's a supraspinatus", but yeah fair point on the timing being a bit hand-wavy, I haven't seen proper PK data either, just people on forums going "30 mins bro". I'm leaning towards just doing morning and night and not stressing about it relative to physio, the loading work is probably doing 90% of the heavy lifting anyway. Did you do BPC alongside your loading or just one or the other?
