GLOW vs KLOW, what made you pick one over the other?

Been looking into these two stacks for a while now and trying to figure out which one makes more sense to start with. GLOW has GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500, while KLOW throws in KPV on top of all that. From what I read KPV is mainly there for the inflammation piece, blocking NF-kB.
My main thing is recovery from training, I lift heavy 5 days a week and my joints and tendons take a beating. I am not chasing skin stuff right now, I just want to heal faster and stay healthy. So for my use case it kinda seems like plain GLOW already covers it, and KLOW is more for people stacking post surgery or dealing with bigger inflammation issues.
But I keep seeing people say KLOW hits different because of the systemic inflammation angle. Anyone actually ran both and noticed a real difference? And if you did KLOW, did the KPV piece actually do something or did it feel redundant with BPC and TB already on board?
Also curious how you split up the timing. GLOW profile says daily for GHK-Cu and BPC, TB-500 2-3x a week. For KLOW is KPV just pinned daily alongside BPC or do you separate it somehow?

- frugalnoor: For me KPV was the piece I noticed. I tried plain GLOW first and it helped with tendon niggles, but adding KPV seemed to calm the overall beat up feeling I get between heavy sessions. Not placebo ruled out though, just my own take. For your use case, if joints and tendons are the main complaint, GLOW alone is probably plenty to start. KPV seems more useful when theres a bigger inflammatory load going on. Hard to say without bloodwork honestly. Timing wise I pinned KPV daily in the evening, sep
- mateo_ironman: Yeah that tracks with what I was thinking. If GLOW already covers the tendon stuff then starting there makes sense and I can always add KPV later if I feel like somethings missing. How long did you run GLOW before you threw KPV on top, and was it an obvious shift or kinda gradual? Trying to figure out a realistic timeline so I actually give it a fair shot instead of bouncing after two weeks 💪
- vik_v: Makes sense to start with plain GLOW if joints and tendons are the main thing. I actually did the opposite, went straight to KLOW because I liked the idea of the inflammation piece baked in, but if I did it again I might begin with GLOW alone and only add KPV if I felt I still needed it. The split timing is interesting too, I pinned everything in the morning just out of habit but separating KPV out makes some sense.
- mateo_ironman: Yeah that's kinda where I'm landing too, start with GLOW and see how it goes before throwing KPV in. The split timing thing is news to me tho, why separate KPV out? Is it because it stacks weird with the others or more about absorption? Also did you actually notice the KPV doing anything on its own or was it hard to tell apart from the rest of the stack.
