GLOW stack first 4 weeks, dose timing around training days, want feedback

Howzit. Running my first proper GLOW stack now and want to sanity check the timing before I push further in.
So it's the standard split, GHK-Cu at 200mcg, BPC-157 at 500mcg both daily, and TB-500 at 2.5mg twice a week. I pin the GHK-Cu and BPC-157 SubQ in the morning on an empty stomach, then train fasted about 90 mins later. TB-500 goes Mon and Thurs evenings regardless of training.
What I'm trying to figure out is whether the morning BPC on a hard training day is actually optimal, or if I should shift it to post-workout on those days. Half-life is short so timing probably matters more than I'm giving it credit for. Also debating whether the TB-500 pin should move to immediately post-session instead of Mon/Thurs fixed.
For anyone who's run GLOW for a full 8 to 12 weeks, what timing actually felt like it did the most for you? And did you keep TB-500 on a fixed weekly split or anchor it to your hardest sessions?

- weekendnate: Congrats on actually pinning down a schedule before you started, that's already half the battle. For me BPC felt more useful post-session on hard days, but I'm guessing you're chasing that morning fasted window for a reason. Could just be splitting the dose work better for your split, or pinning once at night covers both. The half-life argument cuts both ways honestly. TB-500 I anchored to my two heaviest sessions and it never seemed to matter which days of the week they fell on. The recovery
- runner_aaron: Tbh the morning fasted thing was just what I read first and never questioned, so your post-session nudge is making me rethink it. Splitting BPC into AM and post sounds interesting, will try that next hard day and see if sleep HRV shifts at all. Sleep tracking is hit and miss for me, I use a Whoop and it picks up garbage half the time, but I do notice HRV dipping on the back-to-back squat days.
- tiredmira: Yeah anchoring TB-500 to the heavy sessions instead of Mon/Thurs is a fair point, I might try that and see if my HRV agrees with yours. For BPC, the morning fasted thing was mostly about splitting the dose so I get coverage around training, but honestly I haven't compared it head to head. Might do a 2 week block post-workout only and check the same metrics. The HRV angle is basically what I'm watching too, sleep score and resting HR more than how my joints feel in the moment. What kind of delt
- runner_aaron: Fair enough. On a heavy session day my morning HRV drops about 8 to 12 points vs rest days, and recovery back to baseline is usually quicker post-week 4 of GLOW than before I started. Could just be the training block adapting tbh. Are you tracking it daily or only around your TB pins?
