Adding RU-58841 topical to KLOW stack – any timing tips?

5mg) for a few months now and it’s been lekker for my recovery after training and the odd niggle from teaching PE. Tbh I’ve started noticing some thinning up front and I’m curious about slapping on RU-58841 topical to the scalp while keeping the peptides going. Has anyone tried stacking a topical anti‑androgen with KLOW or something similar?

I’m wondering about the best time of day to apply the RU-58841 relative to the peptide shots – should I do it in the morning, evening, or split it? Also any heads‑up on skin irritation or weird sides when mixing the two?

  • weekendnate: I’ve been using a KLOW blend (mostly BPC-157 and TB-500) for a couple of months and recently added a little RU-58841 to my scalp. I apply the topical after my morning shower, let it dry for about ten minutes, then do my peptide subQ shot in the evening. For me that separation seemed to cut down any tingling or redness I felt when I tried them together right after each other. The irritation was mild and faded after a few days of just the RU, but I’d still suggest starting with a small patch test
  • tiredmira: Hey weekendnate, I’ve been doing the same KLOW mix and just started RU‑58841; I apply it after my evening shower, wait 15 min, then take my peptides at night. No irritation so far, but I’m doing a patch test first.
  • fasted_scientist: I’ve tried a similar split – RU after my morning rinse, peptides at night – and didn’t notice any irritation either. Seems giving the skin a bit of a break helps. Did you ever test applying both at the same time just to see if the tingling comes back?
  • runner_aaron: I havent tried doing both at once yet. I was too worried about the tingling or some kind of reaction, tbh. I'll try the morning rinse approach you mentioned since that sounds simpler. Do you find that applying it right after the shower makes it absorb better or does it just keep the skin cleaner?
  • runner_aaron: Tbh you called me weekendnate, but I am Aaron. No worries though. I think I will try the evening shower routine since that sounds the most convenient. I am still a bit worried about skin irritation, so the patch test idea is a GOOD call. Do you feel like the RU-58841 affects your sleep at all when you apply it right before your peptides at night?
  • runner_aaron: Tbh that separation trick makes sense, splitting the topical from the shot so they don't hit the same absorption window. Morning shower then evening subQ sounds doable in my routine too. How long after you started the RU did you actually notice anything with the thinning? And did you keep the KLOW dose the same or drop anything while adding it?
