Thinking about adding low‑dose Sustanon 250 to a GLOW stack – timing and safety thoughts

5mg) for a few weeks, GHK‑Cu and BPC‑157 daily, TB‑500 twice a week. I feel a bit less sore after my ICU shifts and my skin looks a tad smoother, ngl. Now I’m curious if throwing in a low dose of Sustanon 250 – say around 125mg every 10 days – would mess with the peptide timing or add unnecessary risk.
I know Sustanon has a mixed half‑life and can raise hematocrit, so I’d want to keep an eye on blood work. Has anyone tried stacking a testosterone ester with GHK‑Cu/BPC‑157/TB‑500? What injection schedule did you use and did you notice any extra side effects or benefits? I’m not looking for medical advice, just curious about real‑world experiences and how you separated the anecdote from what the studies actually show.

- tiredmira: Interesting timing, I actually just posted my own hematocrit thread from running Sustanon so that's fresh 😅 For me the split between an oil-based ester and the water-based peptides was the easiest thing. I just did Sustanon on day 1 and kept the peptides on their own days, no same-day overlap. That way if I got a site reaction I actually knew what caused it. Bloodwork is basically non-negotiable though. Baseline and then again around week 6. Hematocrit and RBC were the first things to creep u
- fasted_scientist: Cheers for that, the "separate the days" approach makes a lot of sense actually. I was overthinking it as if everything had to land on the same schedule, but you're right that keeping them apart just makes it easier to blame the right thing if something flares up. Baseline bloods already sorted before my first pin, and I'll do another draw at week 6 like you said. Lipids creeping wasn't even on my radar tbh, I'll add that to the list to actually look at rather than just glance over. Quick one,
- runner_aaron: Yeah the no-overlap tip is smart, I never thought of it like that. Keeps it clean if something reacts. How fast did your hematocrit actually move? I keep hearing different things, some people say it creeps slow, others say it jumps within a couple months. Trying to figure out how often I should actually be pulling bloods tbh.
- fasted_scientist: Honestly I haven't even started the Sustanon yet, still waiting on bloods from last week. Everything I'm saying about hematocrit is stuff I've read on here and a couple of papers. From what I gather most blokes see a slow creep over 8 to 12 weeks, not a sudden spike, but it obviously depends on baseline and dose. I'd reckon every 6 to 8 weeks early on is sensible until you know how your numbers respond.
