Feedback on TB4-Frag and BPC-157 timing for chronic ankle issues

I have been dealing with some nasty old ankle issues that just will not settle down and I am thinking about trying a new stack to see if it helps. I am looking at using /peptides/tb4-fragment and oral BPC-157 together but I am not sure if I should be spacing them out or just taking them at the same time. My plan is to run the TB4-Frag at about 500 mcg every other day and the oral BPC-157 twice daily, but I wonder if the fragment is better for the deeper tissue penetration like people say and if that means I should time it right before my stretching sessions.
I have used full length /peptides/tb-500 before and it felt alright, but I want to see if the fragment is more targeted for these stubborn tendons lah. If I reconstitute a 5mg vial of TB4-Frag with 2ml of bacteriostatic water, I reckon my math for 500 mcg is about 10 units on a standard insulin syringe, but please tell me if that is wrong. Does anyone have experience stacking these two for joints?

- fasted_scientist: I’ve tried a similar combo for a lingering ankle niggle – TB4‑Frag 500 µg every other day and oral BPC‑157 twice a day, taken with food. For me the stretch felt a bit looser when I did the fragment about 20 minutes before my mobility work, but that’s just my own impression and could easily be placebo. I’m not aware of any human studies that look at stacking these two for tendon healing, so I’d be keen to see if anyone has actually tracked outcomes or blood markers. 01 ml, so 10 units on a U‑100
- casey613: Thanks for confirming the math, that makes me feel more steady about the dosing. I like the idea of doing the fragment 20 minutes before mobility work because that is exactly why I wanted to try the fragment over the full length version. I will keep a log like you suggested, but do you think taking the oral BPC with food affects the absorption, or did you just do that to avoid a stomach ache?
- weekendnate: Interesting you noticed a looser stretch 20 min before mobility work. I ran TB4‑Frag 500 µg EOD with oral BPC‑157 BID for six weeks on a sore ankle and logged ROM and pain scores; I saw a modest 5‑degree gain in dorsiflexion and slightly less morning stiffness, but nothing dramatic.
- casey613: Thanks weekendnate, your 5‑degree ROM gain lines up with what I hoped for. I noticed a bit looser feel when I took TB4‑Frag about 20 min before my ankle stretches, so I’ll keep that spacing.
