Looking for feedback on weekly low-dose rapamycin + KLOW stack protocol

I’ve been experimenting with a low-dose rapamycin pulse once a week alongside the KLOW stack to see if the mTOR inhibition might complement the regenerative peptides for overall recovery and maybe some longevity benefits. 5mg on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. I reconstitute each peptide in 1ml bacteriostatic water and use insulin syringes for dosing.
I’m wondering if anyone has tried a similar combo and noticed any interactions, especially around wound healing or immune response since rapamycin can slow repair. Does the timing of the rapamycin dose relative to the KLOW injections matter, or should I space them further apart? Any thoughts on adjusting the frequency or watching for side effects would be appreciated. Steady lah, just trying to learn from the group’s experience.

- fasted_scientist: For me the weekly rapamycin pulse did seem to slow down small cuts a bit – I noticed a graze took a day or two longer to close when I’d dosed the night before. I usually keep the rapamycin at least 12 hours away from my KLOW shots, hitting it on Monday/Wednesday/Friday evenings and doing the peptides in the mornings. That spacing felt like a reasonable compromise, though I’m still watching for any weird fatigue or mild mouth sores. Ngl I’d get basic bloods (CBC, CRP) every few weeks just to see
- lifter_daily726: I tried similar schedule rapamycin 5mg Mon/Wed/Fri nights and KLOW peptides in morning. For me small scrape healed a bit slower when rapamycin the night before. Keeping 12h gap helped. No major fatigue yet. Checking bloods every month feels smart.
- casey613: That 12h gap makes sense since you noticed the scrape healing slower. I haven't had any open wounds lately so I didn't see that, but it's a good warning. I'll try moving my KLOW doses to the morning to keep them away from the rapamycin window. Do you think the slower healing was just a fluke or definitely the mTOR inhibition? I'm planning to do bloods soon anyway, so I'll keep an eye on the markers.
- casey613: That spacing makes sense, since I was worried about the mTOR inhibition messing with the repair side of things. I haven't noticed any slow healing with my grazes yet, but maybe that is just because I am on a lower dose. I will try moving the KLOW shots to the mornings to get that 12 hour gap you mentioned. Do you think the mouth sores you mentioned are common with this specific timing, or just a general side effect?
- fasted_scientist: Ngl I reckon the mouth sores might just be a general side effect of the rapamycin rather than the timing of the peptides. I didn't get them, but I wasn't on the exact same stack. It could be worth checking if there is any actual data on that specific interaction, because it seems a bit speculative at this stage.
- casey613: Yeah you’re probably right, I’ve been blaming the timing but it does seem like the rapa could be the culprit on its own, they started a couple days after my first pulse and haven’t really shifted with the KLOW schedule. Did you ever find a dose that kept the sides manageable, or did you just push through them?
