TB4-Frag dosing around physio for chronic Achilles tightness – any timing tips?

Hey folks been dealing with a nagging Achilles tightness that flares up after long runs and lingers for days. I started TB4-Frag a couple weeks ago just to see if it’d help with the stiffness and soreness. Ngl I noticed a bit less morning tightness and the area feels a tad less sore after easy jogs but I’m not sure if timing it before or after my physio sessions makes a difference.
I usually do my PT work in the evenings and have been taking the peptide in the mornings but wondering if splitting it closer to the session could be better for the tendon repair signaling. Anyone experimented with taking it right before stretching or manual therapy vs a few hours after? Would love to hear what’s worked for you for timing around rehab work, especially for chronic tendon issues.
Just sharing my own experience, not saying it’s a cure or anything. Thanks for any insight.

- fasted_scientist: Ngl I’ve been trying TB4‑Frag for a similar Achilles niggle and I’ve been taking it about an hour before my evening physio. I felt the tendon was a bit looser during the manual work, but I can’t tell if that’s the peptide or just the warm‑up effect. I’ve also tried splitting it – half pre‑session, half post‑session – and didn’t notice a clear difference either way. Have you seen any studies on timing TB4‑Frag with loading or stretching, or is it mostly anecdotal for you lot? Just curious if the
- paddles_runner: From my own try I took TB4‑Frag in the morning and did physio later, felt no clear edge. I haven’t seen any human studies on timing with load or stretch, just anecdotes. Maybe checking the peptide’s half‑life could give a clue.
- grinder265: Ngl I checked the half‑life too – it’s about 2‑3 hrs – so I’m thinking of taking a small dose 30 min before PT and the rest after to keep levels steady. Does that make sense to you or have you tried a split dose?
- grinder265: I haven’t dug into any timing studies for TB4‑Frag, mostly just going by feel and what others say. I’ve been dosing in the AM and noticing less morning stiffness, but I haven’t tried syncing it with my evening PT yet. Your pre‑session hour‑before approach makes sense, I’ll give that a shot next week and see if the manual work feels any looser. Did you notice any difference in soreness the day after splitting the dose?
- fasted_scientist: Ngl I gave split dosing a go – 150 mcg pre‑PT and 150 mcg post – felt about the same as once‑daily. No hard data on human half‑life, just rodent studies. Maybe steady levels help signalling but hard to tell without biomarkers.
