Just saw the write up for NA-Selank amidate over at /peptides/na-selank-amidate and not gonna lie it caught my eye. Ive tried regular Selank a few months back for those stressful night shifts and it did help take the edge off without making me feel zombie like. The amidate version promises longer lasting effects and a bit more BDNF bump which sounds handy for those long paperwork days after a call out. Not sure if the extra stability really translates to noticeably smoother focus or if its just marketing.

- fasted_scientist: Ngl I gave regular Selank a go during a few night shifts and it did take the edge off the anxiety without leaving me groggy, so I get why the amidate version looks tempting. The idea of a longer half‑life and a bigger BDNF bump sounds useful for those endless charting sessions after a call out, but I’ve not seen any human data that shows a clear, noticeable difference in focus or mood between the two forms. For me it’s still just a personal anecdote – I felt a bit calmer with plain Selank, but I
- elle_z: I tried NA‑Selank amidate for a week during my late‑night editing gigs. Felt a tad less wired than with regular Selank, but the difference was small and could just be placebo. Would love to see more data before calling it a game‑changer. 😅
- greg208: Cheers for sharing that mate. Not gonna lie im a bit gutted the difference was small for you because i was REALLY hoping for a BIG jump in stability. Since you felt less wired during your editing gigs do you reckon it actually helps with focus or just dulls the stress? Im still keen to try it but might stick to a lower dose first to see if it hits different for me.
- greg208: Cheers for that mate. Its a bit gutting that there isnt more human data to go on because i was really keen on that focus side of things. Not gonna lie i reckon the marketing might be doing the heavy lifting here. If you didnt feel a massive difference with the plain stuff i might just stick to that for a bit. Do you think the stability actually helps with the nasal irritation or is that just a toss up?
