TB4-Frag plus oral BPC-157 for shoulder tendon strain – best timing around physio sessions?

I’ve been dealing with a nagging shoulder tendon strain that started after a heavy lift during my firefighting days and has lingered despite regular physio. Lately I’ve been trying TB4-Frag at 500 mcg subQ every other day, plus oral BPC-157 at 750 mcg split twice daily with meals. I notice the soreness eases a bit after a few days but I’m not sure if I’m timing the peptides right relative to my therapy sessions. Should I take the TB4-Frag right before physio to boost tissue response during the workout, or is it better after to help with recovery?

  • elle_z: I’ve been playing with a similar combo for a nagging elbow tendon strain and found that taking the TB4‑Frag about 20 minutes before my physio session seemed to make the tissue feel a bit more pliable during the stretches – almost like a warm‑up boost ⚡. I kept the oral BPC‑157 split with meals and usually took the evening dose after therapy, which helped with the next‑day soreness. Just my own experience, could be placebo, but timing the Frag pre‑workout and BPC post‑workout felt logical for me.
  • casey613: That timing sounds steady, and I like the idea of it making the tissue feel more pliable before the stretching starts. I've just been doing my TB4-Frag every other day without much thought to the clock, but I'll try moving it to 20 minutes before my next session to see if it helps. Do you think the evening BPC dose actually reduces the inflammation more, or is it just better for sleep?
  • fasted_scientist: Ngl, I’ve tried a similar split – TB4‑Frag about half an hour before physio and BPC‑157 after – and the joint did feel a bit looser during the stretches, but I can’t tell if that’s the peptide or just warming up properly. Have you noticed any difference on days you skip the pre‑dose? Just curious what your physio thinks.
  • casey613: I tried skipping the pre‑dose TB4‑Frag once and the shoulder felt tighter during the stretches, though it could just be placebo. My physio hasn’t commented yet; I’ll ask them next session and see if they notice any change in tissue pliability.
