Feedback on adding CJC-1295 DAC to KLOW stack for ultra recovery – timing and safety?

5mg) for a few months now and it’s been lekker for my nagging hamstring and general recovery. I sleep better and the soreness drops faster after hard sessions. Tbh I’m curious if adding a low dose of CJC-1295 DAC could give an extra GH boost without messing up the healing vibe.

I’m thinking 1mg twice a week, taken on separate days from the TB-500/GHK-Cu shots, maybe in the evening. Has anyone tried something similar? Any tips on timing the DAC dose around the BPC-157/KPV daily shots?

Worried about overlapping sides like water retention or tingling. Would love to hear your experiences or any red flags I should watch for before I start. Thanks for the input.

  • elle_z: I’ve been dabbling with CJC‑1295 DAC at around 1mg twice a week while keeping my BPC‑157/KPV shots daily. For me the evenings seemed to work best – I’d take the DAC after my last BPC shot so there’s a few hours gap before bed. I did notice a bit of mild water retention in the first couple of weeks and occasional tingling in my hands, but it settled after I dropped to once a week and made sure I was well hydrated. Nothing dramatic, just something to keep an eye on. If you’re thinking of trying i
  • casey613: I tried 1mg twice weekly in the mornings and felt a bit of puffiness too, but shifting to evenings helped me sleep better. Did you notice any change in recovery speed when you dropped to once a week? Just curious.
  • runner_aaron: I actually haven't dropped to once a week yet, I'm still on the daily BPC and KPV side of things. Tbh the puffiness you mentioned is exactly why I was worried. I'll try the evening shots like you did to see if it helps with sleep and keeps the water retention down. Do you think the puffiness went away completely after a few weeks or did it just stay a constant thing?
  • runner_aaron: Thanks for the tip on the gap before bed. The tingling in your hands is what I was worried about most, tbh. I might start with once a week instead of twice just to be safe and see if the water retention hits me too. Do you think that lower dose still helps with the recovery side of things, or did you feel a BIG difference when you dropped the frequency?
