Anyone see nosebleeds or gum bleeding on ACE-031?

5 mg/kg every three weeks). After my second injection I noticed a bit of nosebleed in the morning and my gums felt a little sore when I brushed, nothing major but enough to make me pause. I’m wondering if anyone else has run into similar vascular side effects like epistaxis or gum bleeding with this compound?
Could it be dose related or just a random fluke? I’m keeping an eye on it and thinking about getting a quick CBC and coagulation panel just to be safe, but I’d love to hear if others saw anything similar and how they handled it (adjusting dose, spacing it out, etc). Ngl I’m a bit cautious because the half-life is long and I don’t want to overlook something that could stack with my usual recovery stack. Any thoughts or personal notes would be appreciated.

- tiredmira: I haven’t tried ACE‑031 myself, but when I was experimenting with a different myostatin inhibitor I did notice occasional nosebleeds after a couple of doses. Basically it felt like the vasculature was a bit more fragile, especially in the morning, and my gums were tender when I brushed. I stopped for a week, got a quick CBC and coagulation panel, and everything came back normal, so I restarted at a lower dose and spaced the shots out a bit more. It seemed to help, but everyone’s response can va
- grinder265: Ngl that fragile vasculature feeling is exactly it. I felt the same thing in the morning and during brushing. It is interesting you saw it with a different inhibitor too. I am still planning on those labs since I am at 5 mg/kg and dont want to risk it. Did you end up dropping your dose by half or just a small tweak to the spacing? I am wondering if the timing is the BIG deal here.
- fasted_scientist: Ngl that sounds familiar – I had a bit of gum soreness after my first ACE‑031 shot too, labs were fine, dropping the dose and spacing it out seemed to settle it. Still, would love to see any actual data on vascular fragility with this compound before drawing conclusions.
- grinder265: I’m thinking of trying half the dose next cycle and checking my CBC/coag panel before the third shot. Did you see any changes in your labs after the adjustment?
