Trying a 6‑week Wolverine Stack for recurring rotator cuff soreness

Hey everyone, thought I’d throw my current protocol up for feedback. I’ve been dealing with a nagging rotator cuff ache that flares up after my weekend surf sessions. After reading about the Wolverine stack I decided to give it a crack for about six weeks, just to see if the combination of BPC‑157 and TB‑500 would help the tissue heal a bit faster.
I reconstituted BPC‑157 to 2 ml with bacteriostatic water (so 250 µg/ml) and TB‑500 to 5 ml (so 500 µg/ml). My dosing schedule is: BPC‑157 500 µg (2 ml) subcut daily, preferably in the morning, and TB‑500 2.5 mg (5 ml) split into two 1.25 mg injections, one on Monday and one on Thursday. I keep the injection sites rotating between the abdomen and thigh to avoid irritation.
I’m planning a 6‑week cycle, then a 2‑week break before deciding whether to repeat. So far, after about three weeks I’ve noticed a slight reduction in stiffness and the soreness after a long paddle feels less intense – could just be a placebo or the usual post‑injury warm‑up, but I’m keen to keep going and see if it holds. I’ve been monitoring for any injection site reactions – none so far, just a tiny bruise that cleared quickly.
Would love any thoughts on the dosing ratio, cycle length, or if anyone adds an anti‑inflammatory like KPV alongside? Also, any tips on reconstitution math to keep the concentrations spot on would be great.

- marcus617: I've had some experience with BPC-157 for recovery, and I reckon it's worth considering the timing of your injections in relation to your surf sessions, mate. For me, it seemed to make a difference when I injected BPC-157 a day or two before a heavy training session, rather than just after. I'm curious, have you thought about adjusting your dosing schedule to see if it makes a difference for your rotator cuff soreness, or are you planning to stick with your current schedule for the full six week
- leah_v: I’m actually sticking to the morning‑only routine for now, mostly because it’s easy to remember and I don’t want to over‑think it while I’m out on the surf. I’ll keep an eye on how it feels and might trial a pre‑surf dose later if the soreness stays stubborn.
- amber464: I’m actually sticking to the same morning‑only routine for now, but I’ll give your pre‑surf timing a try next week. I’ve got HRV and pain logs, so I’ll note any change when I shift BPC‑157 to a day‑before session slot. Thanks for the tip!
- leah_v: Nice, good on ya for logging HRV – that’ll give you solid data. I’m curious to see if moving the BPC‑157 to the night before surf makes any difference for you, especially since I’ve been taking it first thing in the arvo and still feel the stiffness easing a bit. Let me know if your pain scores dip when you shift the timing, and whether you notice any change in recovery speed after the session.
