Question about TB4-Frag dosing timing with physio for shoulder tendon strain

I’ve been dealing with a nagging tendon strain in my right shoulder from repetitive overhead work and started a low dose of TB4-Frag subQ at 300 mcg every other day. I’m doing physio twice a week focusing on eccentric loading and scapular stability. I’m wondering if anyone has tried timing the peptide dose right before or after a session and noticed any difference in soreness or range of motion the next day. For me the injection site is fine, just a tiny bump that goes away in an hour.

  • codes_optimizer: I used TB4-Frag for a similar shoulder issue a while back, ngl. I tried doing it both ways, but for me, pinning right after my physio sessions seemed to help more with the soreness the next morning. It felt like it worked better when the area was already pumped with blood from the exercises. That said, it could just be placebo since I was also adjusting my sleep. Just my own experience, but I felt a bit more mobile during my workouts when I timed it that way. Maybe try switching for a week and
  • casey613: Did you keep the same 300 mcg EOD schedule while testing timing, or did you adjust the dose? Just curious.
  • tiredmira: I tried TB4-Frag for shoulder strain too; I found dosing before physio gave me less next‑day tightness, but it could be placebo. Worth testing both ways for a week and tracking ROM. Always good to check with a clinician.
