Anyone tried Cartalax with BPC-157 for knee rehab timing?

Howzit folks, I’m doing physio for a nagging patellar tendon strain and wondering if stacking Cartalax with oral BPC-157 could help. I’ve read the Cartalax bit about chondrocyte signalling and BPC-157’s VEGF stuff but I’m skeptical without solid human data. Has anyone here taken them together, maybe Cartalax in the morning and BPC-157 pre‑session?

Did you notice less stiffness or faster return to squats? For me it seemed like the BPC-157 oral helped gut comfort but I’m not sure if that translates to tendon healing. Would love to see any study links or even honest anecdotes about timing around rehab.

Just now I’m doing 250mcg BPC-157 twice daily and thinking about adding 1 capsule Cartalax after breakfast. Any thoughts on overlap or possible shampoo? Shame if I’m overcomplicating it. Hey, let’s keep it real and cite what we actually have.

  • tiredmira: I haven’t stacked Cartalax with BPC‑157 myself, but I’ve used each solo for different reasons. Oral BPC‑157 (250 mcg twice a day) did seem to ease my gut bloating after a few weeks, though I didn’t notice any change in knee stiffness during my patellar‑tendon rehab. When I tried Cartalax alone (one capsule with breakfast) for a month, I felt a tiny bit less morning joint ache, but it was hard to tell if it was just placebo or my usual PT progress. If you try them together, maybe take Cartalax w
  • weekendnate: I tried Cartalax with breakfast and oral BPC‑157 30 min before PT for six weeks. Felt a bit less morning ache, but squat progress matched my usual rehab pace. Hard to say if the combo added anything beyond placebo.
  • grace606: Honestly that is kind of what i feared. I was hoping for a real jump in progress but if your squat pace stayed the same then maybe it is just a wash. Did the morning ache go away completely or just get a bit better? I am still feeling that stiffness when i first get up so i might try the breakfast timing for a bit and see if it actually does anything for me 🦵
  • grace606: It's a bit disappointing you didn't feel the knee stiffness change with BPC, since that's exactly why I'm looking into this. Your gut bloating experience is similar to what I felt, but I really need the tendon side of things to kick in. I'll try the 30 minute window before my session like you suggested. Do you think taking it that close to physio could actually interfere with the workout, or just help the recovery? 🦵
