Feedback on tweaking KLOW stack dosing for shoulder recovery

I’ve been running a version of the KLOW stack for a nagging shoulder impingement that’s been bothering me since my firefighting days. 5mg on Monday Wednesday and Friday evenings. I’ve noticed the pain feels less sharp after about two weeks and my range of motion is a bit steadier when I do light mobility work, though I can’t tell if that’s just placebo or the peptides actually helping.

I’m wondering if anyone has tried splitting the TB-500 dose into two smaller shots per week instead of three larger ones, or if keeping it strictly 2‑3x/week is better for avoiding that occasional head rush I get after the injection. Also curious if adding a low dose of IGF-1 LR3 on rest days would clash with the KPV’s anti‑inflammatory effect. Would love to hear your experiences or any safety tips you’ve picked up when stacking these four together.

  • steph544: I’ve played around with the TB-500 frequency a bit myself and found that splitting the 5mg into two 2.5mg shots on Monday and Thursday gave me a smoother feel – less of that light head rush after the injection and the shoulder soreness stayed about the same. It’s just my experience, could be placebo, but worth a try if the rush is bothering you. As for IGF-1 LR3 on off days, I haven’t mixed it with KPV yet, but I’ve used a tiny 20mcg dose on rest days with BPC-157 and didn’t notice any clash; t
  • casey613: Thanks for the tip on splitting the TB-500. 5mg shots on Monday and Thursday to see if it stops that head rush because it is quite annoying lah. I am also considering that 20mcg for the IGF-1 LR3 since you did not notice a clash with the BPC-157. Do you think doing the IGF-1 on the same day as the KPV would change the anti-inflammatory feel or is it better to keep them separate?
  • peptidehead_frugal: I tried splitting my 5mg TB-500 into 2.5mg on Tuesday and Friday and felt a bit less head rush too, while shoulder discomfort stayed similar. Just my own feeling, could be placebo.
  • casey613: 5mg twice a week a go. Did you notice any change in recovery speed or just the injection feel?
  • weekendnate: I’ve run IGF‑1 LR3 at 20mcg together with KPV a few times and didn’t feel any extra anti‑inflammatory bump; the shoulder felt about the same as when I spaced them out. Splitting the doses seemed to keep the head rush down, so I’d keep them separate if you’re after a steady calm.
  • casey613: Thanks for the input Nate splitting the TB-500 into two shots did cut the head rush for me as well I’ll try that schedule and keep IGF-1 LR3 at 20mcg on rest days spaced a few hours from KPV to see if any extra calm shows up did you notice any change in recovery speed when you stacked them together?
